Well, I was expecting news Friday or this morning.

In the absence of news , I believe amicable settlement is being discussed

I took the unusual decision to contact the CEO via investors contact today.

I suggested that the CEO took the IHT product on a roadshow.

Exhibiting the product to potential customers and their rivals..

Let's see what news arrive tomorrow, goodluck all

Philip Johnston, the CEO of Trackwise, has extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing industries. I believe sometimes its the CEO who makes the difference between a company being successful or not. One could ask is it experience, luck,innovation ,previous success in other companies. or vision.

Well, even if the news is poor, I'm confident with the research done today, it will turn good later on, reaching the dizzy heights of its former share price.

The UK EV OEM manufacturing industry consists of the following manufacturers :

1. Nissan: Nissan's Sunderland plant in the northeast of England produces the Nissan Leaf electric car.

2. Jaguar Land Rover: The company is investing heavily in electric vehicles and has announced plans to produce several new electric models in the coming years.

3. Aston Martin: The luxury car maker is developing an all-electric version of its Rapide model.

4. Lotus: The company announced in 2019 that it would be launching its first all-electric hypercar, the Evija.

5. Arrival: Arrival is a UK startup that is developing electric vans and microbuses.

6. LEVC: The London Electric Vehicle Company produces electric taxis and commercial vehicles.

Searching online, I cannot find out who the party is, but there is a growing number of UK EV OEMs as the demand for electric vehicles continues to rise globally, and the UK Government has set a target for all new cars and vans to be zero-emission by 2030.

There is nearly double the buys but yet the sp stays the same ???

HI Neil, before I did the large block buy today. I went through the communication in reference to your post.

I noticed in the RNS it states' formally 'to accept the additional costs.

I'm hedging my bets that there have been already verbal dialogue.

I believe it be a negotiated settlement, that's my belief and hence my gamble.

If they accept the whole liability ( which I doubt ) I believe it will rise considerably 1.60 pence before settling at 1.20 .

I'm allowed to dream :)

It's a gamble, but a calculated gamble, knowing contracts and negotiations, there is probably alot of conversations going on, as we speak.

I research the CEO , if the CEO is unknown then its risk, however we have an extremely experienced CEO with the tech experience behind

However, seeing that you are invested here makes me confident that it doesn't matter what happens on the 2nd June,2023

Big day tomorrow , news whether the customer will be honouring the contract and accepting the liabilities.
