There will also be life lines or rumours of potential buyers etc etc.

I agree with maid last post , last paragraph this will go North Monday and my view it will be extremely turbulent until the date of fusion.

Hi Tegop I not qualified to give you the answers that you have asked. One attorney could believe one point of chapter 11 and another will be arguing something else.

I have given my personal experience thou; I do not encourage to buy or sell ( although I bought in with the information that's on these posts).

Obviously there will be posters here with their own agendas; I believe there will be alot of twists and turns before fusion becomes apparent.....goodluck all

Having seen chapter 11 play out in the US courts with Lin Co (A) & Lin Co (B) over 15 years ago.

It will be very turbulent with the S.P with people throwing out life lines and others cashing in now in the hope of buying back into at a fraction of the price, with minimum exposure to their current financial position.

Some sitting ( wisely)on the sidelines.

I believe ( and this is from experience and my belief) there is a organisation / group of business people at present testing the water.
negotiating with the creditors about reducing the debt to increase their positon( probably someone on the board already).

It's all about hostile negotiations....making the creditors reducing their debt in the belief it will be paid against the assets being valued at their lowest sellable price.

Word of caution Linco A & Linco B they failed and went into bankruptcy

Linco B was made bank rupt with all debt and Linco A cease trading but credit to the board they did rescue the shareholders from Linco B First by moving them across to Linco A ( using Linco A as a life boat so shareholders from Linco B did nt get capital tax placed on them from the US gov....It was a fabulous move.

Please remember there are a lot of manoeuvres in Chapter 11 with great attorneys onboard ,like the one mentioned above BUT rules must be obeyed.

For me, I bought in and expecting a turbulent ride....this is not for the faint hearted and I have been burnt before with Petropalovsk shares .....£200 loss minimumal

Yes , I anticipate that, problem I find unsettling is buys actually being registered as sales.

I don't mind it staying at this level next week for I will be able to increase my hold :)

There was a earlier sell at 11k approximately 5.49
I just bought in at 15.12 at the same price, at same amount.

So all sells could be all buys

The reason why I am attracted to this stock is because its a diagnostic at home product.

With our NHS falling into destruction at the hands of a Conservative government and pressure being placed on it by other demands that it was not originally there to meet, leaves a great opportunity for private companies to enter.

When I buy into a company, I ask my self is it selling a unicorn or has it products to sell. I then compare it to other similar companies like abingdon health , odx and etc etc.

If you compare Mhc with the two I mentioned yes there is a lot less shares I circulation but Abington has debt and both do not have the money in the bank compared to mhc.

With7 million in the bank ; at 1.35 sp its only time before this doubles in price

The BoD has managed to get approximately £7 million in the bank, no debt and etc..... the reason why we are down us because there is no past

It's not down to the BoD to raise the sp , like all stocks they are manipulated by others........that's my belief.

All the BoD has to do is keep the company successful; as wall street jny states....this stock is 93% below sp value

Some impressive buys today, looking at what's happening around other stocks , I don't believe it long before this doubles in value.

I don't think we even need news from Penny, when looking at my other stocks & how they double in a day.

The reason why mhc is low on sp because it has no past to analyse.

So patience is needed badly.

You stated zero sales when you admitted in the above paragraph your wife had the serium (obviously must of bought it )and I bought it as well
