the past few days has been funds selling for easy 20% profit which held things down for a moment.

Buy now or could regret, still very cheap for the revenue and profit potential.

Very good chance that Fraser Group keep buying to reach 15% region to match Camelot Capital holding, while the price is still below the placing region.

If that happens then the free float will be minimal, so any decent buy and this will jump in chucks.

Fact is, now the housing market is screwed until 2024, all the 20 to 30 year olds living at home will start to spend their cash on clothing to feel and look good, as they know there is no point even trying to get a house with interest in the 5%+ region.

Hence why the current valuation, taking into account the positive turn around moving to profit makes the current price make even less sense.

Now would be the best time for a takeover before this share really starts to move north.

Marstons have 1,500 pubs in their estate.

So even at a cost of £300k each that equals £450m in property.

So a property company could buy Marstons for £500m, pay off the debts, convert the pubs into flats with government funds, and any larger properties they could knock down for blocks of flats.

The government will love this as it means less places people can go outside of their homes and helps with the elites plans to make everyone live in rented accommodation with VR headsets.

I suspect the best takeover opportunity would be by a property company, they could buy marstons for circa £400m, and then convert all the pubs into housing and make ££££££££

considering the recent mass migrants into the UK dont drink alcohol, but the UK government are paying their private landlord mates tons of money to house them, it opens a massive opportunity here.

If a takeover offer was tabled then the BoD would now have to be open to it based on the current price.

Focusrite have been great at taking over lots of great brands and becoming a revenue machine.

Read the last report, they spent a ton of money on manufacturing, and now in the process of selling to make profit, as such expect the next update to be good.

Looks like share gathering happening at these levels, so would expect the share price to pop back upwards in a couple of hours once the MM/funds have squeezed any juice out.

Exepct Mike (Fraser Group) to buy another 2-3% while the price is here below placing

NEX are essential system, at some point there will be a massive government injection of cash as they are needed for the broader economy.

At this price, the chance of a takeover bid are very good, even at £1.2b takeover it would be a bargain.

Just profit takers jumping, let this breath, could settle at 370 and the start loading to move back.
