RE: Today's movements. What next?3 Sep 2020 23:59
It (today) really does not matter. Have you ever seen a stock that constantly goes up without corrections? Ocado, Amazon, Google, Tesla, Apple and other tech companies always have some dips up to 25%. In longer term they always go up. In some time Ocado will take profit from Kroger, Aeon and other grocery giants all over the world. Deals are done and they are exclusive ones, so no other company can do it. If someone is so impatient to make decisions on one day change, stock investing is not for him/her.
Today there were several buy operation for 5M+ each. Apparently big players know what to do. Some people will take advantage from today drop and some will butcher themselves next year for not taking an opportunity. The only thing that really could kill Ocado is deals cancellation by retailers. I see no reason for it to happen but - just theoretically - it would make Ocado maintaining dozens of non-operating cutting-edge warehouses.
