Totally agree with what you say MadMat.
The sale price is not even 1% of asset value, but it is what it is. Having said that, its the terms which got me boiling this morning, they are deliberately designed for the benefit of RY and the BOD, shareholders given two choice, a) sell up, b) hang around another 10 years whilst the BOD reward themselves with handsome salaries.

No matter how you look at, this is a scam of a sale, not an ounce the shareholders!

I feel for every shareholder. I really do.
These crooked CEO's promise the earth, yet they deliver nothing.

Right now, I feel something has to change in terms of AIM governance, companies and CEO's cannot be allowed to BS and dupe in investors. Yes, we shareholders must do our DD, but end of the day we go by what we're told, by the CEO/BOD, and there rests the problem. They make up stuff, they lie, they dupe, they raise cash which often leads to zero ROI, for most these are lifestyle companies. Why go work 9-5 for peanuts, become CEO of junior explorer, hit a few sweet spots (often luck), and then rope in private investors......bingo, handsome salaries guaranteed.

Reporting of this conflict is appalling, I for one don't believe either side, as they say, truth is the first casualty of war.

A 'No' vote is probably the best way forward for the PI's, yes the SP may fall further, but can it it fall any further? I mean, even right now, its below 2p, its almost as if the markets don't believe this mornings RNS.

My fear is 'No' goes thru, at that point the shareholders would expect the BOD would to try and fight for a better deal, however, with RY at the helm, what are the chances of that happening?

At worse, it could be back to BAU, draw on the salaries, and drag this saga for another 5-10 years.

Like I have said many times, this is the most inept, useless BOD good for nothing, they should be investigated and class action brought against them.

PS. This is the real reason why the TEO has never seen light of day, numbers in it probably don't justify a 6p sale, dragged over 10 years

SuperWoofer...says let them close the gap at 1.6 then see where go from here. Utter nonsense, as of today, the sp has nothing to with gaps, its utter rubbish, the sp is where it is...based on sale value, period!

I've head Geng master over the years going on about the gap, and now faced with sale value written in black and white, SuperWoofer is going on about the gap. What don't people get, based on sale value the SP is approx 6p? ish, spread over 10 years, risk factors and etc, now wonder it hit 3.4p this morning and now languishing below 2p. This is a scam on a massive scale, the sp got close to 4p back in Jan, and now with confirmation its below 2p, it does not make sense what so ever.

Hush hush, back handers, lining their own pockets, I said it last week I rather the company goe t.its up as opposed to giving the lying BOD a penny of mine, and I got shot down.

AMC sale is a total scam, no doubt their BOD will use the on-going conflict as a reason and a excuse.
The reality, the CEO and the BOD have lied endlessly to suit their own means and narrative, and from today AMC has become 100% a lifestyle company. The BOD had very little skin in the game, they got paid handsome salaries.

Its the opposite with EUA BOD, massive skin in the game, fully aligned with the shareholders, there is none of them and us.

Lets hope for better days and weeks ahead.

Morning all,
Been in since 2014, so after 9 years, sold the lot this morning, didn't even break even!
Since the famous Jan RNS, all along I had been saying something wasn't quite right, and today my instinct has been proven right. I said the TEO will not be made public, this is a hush hush, back hand deal, the only winners are RY and the BOD, they have sold the PI's down the river without any care or consideration.

At worse, I could stomach the deal in one single full payment, but to drag it over a decade, its shocking!!
This has now become a 100% lifestyle company for the BOD.

Wait until the conflict is over, hopefully at point no sanctions preventing a sale, sell the lot to whoever, take the money and don't look back!

Re-invest that money in a good company, with assets, in a friendly country with a BOD who have skin in the game....else stick it in Footsie 100 company for dividends, added bonus we'll all get a good nights sleep!!!

I wouldn't give this BOD a single penny of mine to manage...the most inept, useless, lazy good for nothing bunch!!

I've never come across someone who posts such negativity on a share they're allegedly invested in.........you don't have to, but please try and explain to me and others why you so negative on ABDX.

PS. Just in case you've forgotten,remember you're invested too

pumpky....any business which wins a Government contract should be filled with sky high confidence. ABDX did nothing wrong, its the government, red tape, buying sub-standard tests from China and passing them on as Gold Standard, and not to mention contracts awarded to friends and families, its these underhand tactics which damage the likes of ODX/ABDX.

You say you have a lot to lose, however, your posting is not aligned with your investment here, I've read a your posts, they are one of doom and gloom, filled with negativity, whenever there is a sign of positive movement or news, you p.iss all over it, and try and put a damper on it.

Invested here? Nah.......your posting are the complete opposite of someone who is invested.
