Its designed to decimate MC/SP, get rid of the PI's and allow shares to move into unknown new holders, the latter will hold enough to vote thru the proposed sales and payment structure.

I've known or see a potential company/asset sale destroy a company!!

RY and the BOD cannot be trusted, for me that was the deciding factor

These crooked CEO's and BOD's do not care a jot for the average PI, they show no guilt or remorse what so ever, and they sleep quite well at night, thank you very much.

Life has ways to balance things, sooner or later the likes of RY will pay the price in some shape or form, it could be in the guise of ill health, future business collapse or worse, but rest assured this guy will pay the price for this fraud.

Right now, people are bitter, angry, disappointed, emotions are running high, best thing to do is take some time away from this BB, if your losses are big, tell you wife or loved ones they will understand, or they will eventually understand, don't try to handle it on your own.

RY will use the Russian/sanctions as a get out of jail card to mask over his and his teams pathetic performance over the past 10 years, unfortunately it wont and doesn't wash.

He is a liar and deceit, he has swindled thousands of investors with false promises. The deal he's proposing is a complete sham and a scam, its a win win for the BOD only. They stay in their posts, guaranteed wages, if by sheer luck or fluke they stroke lucky elsewhere, they'll be quids in, if not, then nothing lost. We shareholders will be put thru the mill, the odd carrot will be dangled here and there to people interested, but nothing of substance will materialise.

If Yes votes goes thru, AMC will become (already was) a 100% lifestyle company for the BOD.

I think and believe the BOD know which way the shareholders will vote, they are expecting a NO vote. I know they're thick, surely they're not that thick to under estimate shareholder reaction?

Just my musing, perhaps the BOD thought no way the shareholders will accept an outright sale at 7p, so instead lets propose this crappiest deal of the century, buy now pay laters, shareholder will be up in arms, demanding full payment upon completion, and hey Bingo, they get what they want, and we holders get our 7p.

Ukrainians fighting to defend their land, and rightly so, the West, NATO and the US fully back them to the max, the world unites and applauds the Ukrainians.

On the other hand, Israel, year on year is land grabbing, ignores all UN resolutions, oppresses the Palestinians, in fact Gaza and parts of Palestine are the worlds largest open prison. When the Palestinians resist and try to defend Israeli land grab, the US and its cronies label Palestinians as terrorist, the US not only endorses but it also fund and provides military hardware which gets used by the Israelis against the Palestinians.

Put simple, if someone marched into my house, and threw me out to live in the garden shed, what would I do? Greet the aggressor every morning with garland of flowers and cuppa tea, or would I try to force him to give back my house?

The world ignores the Palestinians.....they are human just like the rest of us, they've tried all means to live in peace, get recognition as a sovereign state, I think 135 counties accepted the latter, the US refused, the UK and some Western counties abstained form the vote.

Why or what would entertain big holders to lock themselves in for the next 5-15 years?

Someone with £50k spare funds, given the choice to invest here and wait 15 years, or invest it in Footsie 100 divided paying company, easy decision really, no brainier.

I wouldn't call the BOD shareholders, they've hardly invested over the years, they had no reason to, they rewarded themselves with handsome salaries, and they didn't believe in their own pipe dream and BS

Sell now = Pocket whatever you can, you will be control, you decide what to do with YOUR money, or re-invest elsewhere
Vote No = No one knows what will happen, could it get any worse than now?
Vote Yes = Suffer for another 10-15 years, carrot will always be dangled

Yes, I was gutted at the time, looking back it now, it was a good emotional decision to sell. I repeatedly hit the sell button when the SP hit 3.4p, but no luck, but eventually managed to sell the 1st lot at 2.9p and 2nd lot at 2.6p, still below my average, but wasn't willing to hold any longer.

I'm watch, thinking should I buy back some? So far, I've stayed away from the buy button, I don't think anyone knows where the SP is heading, one would think RY/BOD would issue some kind of statement to stop the free fall.

So many people invested here years, some big hitters, to better their and their families lives, sometimes we get the odd glimpse of the promise land, we start to think and dream what to do with the rewards (car, house, kids educations and etc) but somehow AIM, and in particular the crooked CEO's and BOD's have a habit of stealing our investments and destroying the dreams of the promise land.

I genuinely feel for each and every shareholder.....

Seriously, what value of a cash shell? Current SP is 1.20p.....post deal, no assets and only first payment in the bank, I'd be surprised if the SP rises above a penny. Remember, operating costs (salaries) will eat away at the bank balance

The war may have contributed towards a fire sale, however, the war cannot be the reason behind sale structure?

Had RY come out and said, look, under the current circumstance and for the foreseeable future we're going to struggle to sell the asset for the best price, therefore we propose selling it $105m, and the proceeds will be paid out as a special dividend, shareholders would walk away with 6p...period.

Under the proposed structure, shareholders have not been given any guarantees how the proceeds will be used to enhance shareholder value, there will always be jam tomorrow. My guess, by accepting the sales deal/structure, the BOD will have good 5 years plus playing with our money, going by their track record by year 6 they will achieved nothing of substance, but along those 5 torturous years they will have rewarded themselves handsome salaries at our expense.

In simple, the deal on the table is for sole benefit of the BOD, furthermore, its deliberately designed to alienate the shareholders. I think the RNS was designed to decimate the SP and its proving that way. I think the BOD are hoping PI's will exist in numbers, shares get gobbled up by UNKNOW to breach the 30% threshold, at which point a YES vote becomes the automatic winner and Bingo. The BOD get to live and plunder the sales proceeds for the next 10-15 years.

The SP is heading towards first tranche of the sales proceeds.....around 1.10p? ish

Facts of the matter is very simple

* RY has zero credit
* BOD has zero credit
* RY/BOD have delivered zero shareholder value
* RY/BOD have decimated SP and shareholder value
* RY/BOD have missed endless self-imposed deadlines
* The holy grail, AKA TEO, paid for by the shareholders, not published and not likely to be published
* RY/BOD have demonstrated their desire to self serve, and self protection, with totally disregard towards the
shareholders.

The above is a just a shortlist of RY and the BOD's stellar performance over the years. So, bearing that in mind, do we shareholders want this bunch of good for nothing, self serving crooks to manage the sales proceeds over the next 10 years?

The main issue is structure of the deal, I reckon most would vote Yes if single payment was paid upon completion, shareholders would walk away with 6p ish.

The deal on the table is geared towards self protection, i.e keep the BOD wages coming in, job protection for the next 10 years. The shareholders will have no say or control over the sale proceeds.

Its a very terrible, but deliberately designed deal, I can't say with certainty, but don't be surprised if there are backhanders and special terms for the BOD...and s.hitty terms for the shareholders.

I sold within 5 minutes from the opening bell, and was very disappointed and angry having spent 9 years and ended up not breaking even. Right now, I can buy back and double, and more...but I wont, have absolute zero in Robbing Young and Board of Deceivers (BOD)

I've seen some shocking sales over the years, this has to be right at the top, complete shocker, total scam to fleece the shareholders and measures put in place to keep the wages coming in.

RY and the BOD are so useless they couldn't even conjuncture up a better plan to sh.aft the shareholders, its clear as day light. Talking of daylight, why won't RY/BOD give is some airing?

No one is slamming their own investment down, RY and the BOD have done it via the wonderful RNS.

Unfortunately, most PI's make emotional investment entries/exists, damn sure way to lose, I've been there, done it and carry the scars. Must add, quite often, the cooked BOD's dupe in investors and lie to high heaven without any governance, AIM is worse than a casino, at least in Vegas the average punter is in with a chance.

I wrote to the company back in Feb, true to form, never got a reply.
RY doesn't need a slap, he needs a stray Russian missile to land on his empty head.

I remember about a week ago, I said, I rather the company was wound up, anything left distributed to the shareholders, and watch RY his mates apply for a jobs at the local car wash...and get turned down!!
