What a transparent BOD doing their best to sink this company, it may have debt like lots of other companies but it’s manageable and it’s still profitable, especially with the price of oil on the rise and far above where it was during the financial year analysed.

I understand what you say however, I think it’s not a case of falling on their swords but having the dignity to leave in order for them to be able to take up another position elsewhere. Different circumstances Captain, the suspension of a share just panics investors into selling at a loss. You’ve seen it today with amigo. Panic selling, price drops by a ridiculous percentage, then regains its original value.

There is no legal reason why the shares would need to be suspended tomorrow.

With today’s RNS surely the rise would have been over £1. I am assuming there will be no additional news on Tuesday so I can only see it dropping.

I have to say from my own experience trying dummy sales, it’s difficult to sell more than 20,000 shares in one go. So anyone wanting to sell out with a large amount of shares would have to do it in multiples.

Over 60p today would show signs of the beginning of a good recovery I think.

More bought than sold at this point today.
