I think they would be obliged to mention the worst case scenario, a loss of £3 million sales is not insignificant but will not break the company, also this could be a temporary situation. Be under no illusion that Novacyt will not be the only company affected by this government department’s lack of efficiency.

Here you all go again fantasising about a buyout. As I’ve said in the past, a buyout is a very rare thing, furthermore a buyout that gives small investors a very large chunk of money is almost unheard of.
It’s not going to happen here, what is going to happen is this company is going to continue to make money and add to its cash balance and/or do the odd takeover of its own, therefore enhancing its value even further. Just hold on and the pay day will come but it won’t come overnight and it’s not going to make you a vast fortune.

I think once it’s announced how many £m’s of oil were uplifted a couple of weeks ago we may see a rise in the share price.

The RNS was short, sweet and to the point.

What a shame, I thought this share was well on the way to recovery 10 days ago.
Looks as though it may be heading back into the 50s, Maybe confidence hasn’t yet returned.

This dilation of which you speak was scheduled back from last December and the fee of £300,000 was paid for the privilege, in addition do you really think another 23M shares in a total issue of 674M shares is going to make some vast difference?

Possibly due the NASDAQ launch, a decent rise expected here prior to that. I think we have until Thursday before that happens if I remember correctly.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Novacyt LFT test were to be launched earlier than previously anticipated.
I bet they are scurrying around and looking in all parts of the world to get the components to enable a swift launch.

I think the buying is going on because even though the company may have some issues the share price is horrendously under priced.

And hopefully much further to go.

No offence but in every share chat room and forum, suspected take-overs are imminent. It rarely happens and when it does these is usually a feeble payout.
