The downfall of the SYN share price is progressing. The market has lost confidence in SYN. If there is no support, it will soon be difficult for Roland Wessel to push ahead with further dilution as the number of shares on the market will rise to infinity. When a CEO starts to go the way of the water without thinking about what a decline in shareholder value means, it is the beginning of the end of this company. SYN will continue to rise in the hit list of most diluted companies. Dilution is not a panacea, it is the fall into insignificance.

What are the ongoing general, administrative and technical costs?

What does Synergia do technically in detail? Now that Selan has taken over the staff, I wonder what Synergia plans to spend that money on specifically? Who knows?

Hi Sprint, Either they are not being honest or they have no idea. Why don't they say what CCS will cost until the launch and what CCS will bring in profit? I find all the information insufficient. The CEO is weak and not sharevalue orientated.

You simply must not invest in such companies. This is a self-serving shop of the management without honest reporting to its investors about the future activities of the company. That's a lesson I'll never learn again.

Yes, Roland is an Old High German name and means "the mighty one", "the glorious one". He proved his mightiness and drove us into depression. He still owes us glory, but I fear he has also written glory on his personal pay slip. But the cost of psychotherapy will be a heavy burden on our budget. Roland will shrug his shoulders at that.

Pete, right! The CCS ambitions are questionable and SYN (the CEO) needs to show shareholders what the investment costs will be and how the investment will pay off in numbers and not in "ifs and buts". If Roland Wessel backs a dead horse here, the potential gas successes will soon be worth nothing. So far, his statements are nothing but hot air. Roland is certainly a good pragmatist when it comes to gas, but can he also explain his CCS dreams in financial terms? It's all too vague.

I hope he will do it in 48 hours ( business day ) and he will provide details with timelines on the potential earnings of SYN including the next steps needed to improve shareholder value. He should also present details of the 2 CCS projects and their potential including costs. Everything available to shareholders so far is more or less 'ifs and buts'. However, shareholders have the right to be informed in detail, including the risks. The current SP is unsatisfactory and if it no longer fits into the framework of the Panmure Report it should be updated as soon as possible.

i can't understand wolfman79's thoughts. does he have insider knowledge or is it all just wishful thinking? i am only sure of what i have already written, roland wessel will never send an rns when he is away on business and when he comes back he needs 2 - 4 weeks to report anything at all. the man behaves like a ceo of a multi billion dollar company and he doesn't give a **** about our interests regarding the company and shareholder value.
