Cheers FLBW - since 2016 palladium has rocketed and so maybe would benefit the bottom line significantly - in depth knowledge needed to see if and when palladium will be produced and in what quantities and wherefrom.

Jeffry - we haven't had an update on Platcro or the DCM fines and chrome re-ramp up - so they could come any time the company wants. Personally I think I can wait for the 17th April approx. for an all encompassing update across all projects - so long as it's good news lol. JLP have drip fed good news mixed with occasional disappointment for quite a few years - maybe one block buster update on Hernic, DCM chrome, fine chrome, Platcro, Platcro pgm tailings, Kabwe and another new project along with bottom line profits and explicit funding could propel the sp upwards. Who knows - but comfortable waiting - unlike many other shares that are out there.

Troajan I think with WRES it's the same as JLP but further behind - people want to see production and then profits before they invest - we are taking a risk by going in early - let's hope we are rewarded for that risk. Taken a quick look at EAU but need to dig a lot deeper before I would commit there - I don't know enough.

I don't understand the bit about going to go for palladium. Do they already mine platinum group metals, in which case they are already mining palladium or are they going to mine platinum Group metals for the first time in recent years.

When we were Jubilee Platinum I remember suggesting a rename to get platinum out of the title as it was putting investors off - is it too soon to rename again to Jubilee Palladium?

There may come a time to re-visit VOG but I don't think it's now - they have to break even before it's worth chucking any money in here otherwise they will have to keep devaluing your shares to stay afloat.

A good balance of posters on here - some warning that the price was excessive and also some saying it still is. Others are seeing this as a bargain price and some of those are adding to holdings. Hope posters can continue to post various opinions without being rounded on and driven away - that's what the constant positive posters tend to do when a dissenting voice or two appears - it doesn't do investors any good in the long term. We all need a voice in our ears saying be careful.
What value should VRS have - almost impossible to tell - at 13p it was too low - I bought just above that and sold out on the way up when I thought it got overvalued - I made a mistake as the sp went to the moon but I made a profit.
Haven't bought back in as the crowd arrived and I have thought for months that the sp was way overvalued. To make sense of it without fundamentals to base a valuation on it is necessary to turn to the charts which give us a guage of others' sentiments towards the share. Above 115p the sentiment that the share could go back to previous highs and above was still in place - when the went so did that hope, for now. A bounce at 100p could have seen a new trading range established where the traders could have held the sp up by trading whilst the company reality caught up - the market quickly ditched that idea. There is a small head and shoulders pattern over recent months that indicates that the share is going down to 65p (I posted that last Friday before the fall). The sp will not fall in a straight line - there will be bounces for people to buy into. There are no guarantees in charting but I will buy at 65p IF it gets there and I will sell at 110p on the rally IF it gets there. the bigger picture is one of a potentially massive head and shoulders which takes us back to 25p but that's a big IF and one for the future. It seems ridiculous that after all the good news of the past 15 months the sp could end up back where it was when we had little more than hope but it could happen. It was equally ridiculous that the sp went up 13 to 14 times on collaborations. If you bought at 140p to 175p then you will find that hard to accept. The true value of the share - anyone's guess - the charts say that opinion is highly mobile on that subject - Good luck to those topping up - fortune favours the brave - here's to the sp rising back to 175p and revealing me for the fool that I am. Keep posting sumoskier - I have got a cash sum coming my way and thinking of adding an extra 25% to my JLP holdings - feeling quite giddy - need you to keep my feet on the ground.
Palladium above $1500 this morning - also platinum has made a move to $827 having been dragged up by a big move up in gold.
Copper is above $6000 per tonne and lead above $2000 per tonne. Diversification and bottom line profits are the key to a JLP re-rate and it is getting more likely every day - we are increasing production of PGM's as the price is rising - the market is looking elsewhere for easy pickings in better known companies- JLP will move swiftly once it starts.

Basically I am saying that there is no reason for the fall except that sentiment has been damaged by the stall in upward movement followed by the take out of 2 significant support levels - I don't short shares but if I did then when it fell through 115p then that would be the first short on and when 100p gave way so quickly then a second short would have been warranted. The fundamentals haven't changed but the sentiment of 'investors' certainly has. For those topping up - good luck - you are being very brave and I hope it works out for you.

I reckon our basket price must be around $900 per ounce and cost below $400 at hernic, so $500 per ounce profit is possible. Not like you to be pessimistic sumoskier (lol) - if what we know is all there is to know then a major move is due here in the coming weeks and months.

Been in and out of SLP over quite a few years - it has had a great run - be wary of investors Chronicle or any other share magazine tipping something after the major rise has happened - my personal belief is that they often do this to spark an interest that they and their sponsors can then sell into and take their profits - each to their own - look what has happened to SLP price as they have gone to break even and then profits - this is the journey that JLP is on at the moment - good first quarter results to come around 17th April followed by great results 3 months later as we have a full quarter of Hernic, DCM chrome and fine chrome, Platcro and Platcro PGM's. Also a good chance of news on DCM PGMs, Kabwe and other projects in the next 4 to 5 months.

As expected strong resistance to the downtrend at 100p after the fall through 115p. Stochastics and RSI indicating a bounce for now - a few traders will make something of it. GLA.

Brexit is blamed for everything - shares have been doing rather well so why hasn't VRS done well? VRS drops and it's Brexit? Nonesense? Just an excuse!

Are you on the right board comeonvog - your comment certainly fits VOG (sold it at 80p) but not JLP - they are working their assets off - like a steam train building up steam - when the break comes and it overcomes inertia it will build up a momentum that will take some stopping (selling at 9.5p)..

Another possibility is that drip feeding positive news hasn't helped the sp so far and Leon is extremely busy - so they are waiting for the quarter end to deliver the blockbuster update that gets the markets attention. 10 weeks to next quarterly update.

If there are delays, particularly on Kabwe, then I wouldn't be too upset as it would give time for the cash situation to improve and need less fund raising.
