With WRES - the downsides are they could do a placing for one of the other projects that Troajan points out. The Tungsten price could fall or the recovery not be as good as projected. On the upside people were buying at .56p last week and didn't know the cash flow situation to first beefed up production. Now they know there was a problem that hopefully is being fixed and you can buy at a 20%+ discount to last week. You pays your money and you makes your choice.
Trying to buy JLP, WRES and SAVP but all a bit above my target prices but may take the plunge on all three early this afternoon as I am too busy to keep watching them this intently. Got a life to live lol.

WRES is set for success in my opinion. There have been delays to the concentrator which has put back production for a couple of months. I sold 45% of my holding at .54pas the charts were saying down whilst the punters were saying up - a bit like JLP in the last couple of weeks.
There were several discussions on WRES yesterday were people were asking if cash flow would be affected and they were rounded on by the resident faithful (I am aware that I am one of the resident faithful on JLP). I also posted questioning the morality of the chairman and all chairman /CEOs who always look to their own cash first. This was also dissed.
This morning they have brought forward warrants to raise cash - the warrants are at .42p and based on what happened at JLP the price usually touches the warrant price. I tried to bail at .47p but of course couldn't get out ubtil they offered me .45p which I decided not to take. It is a minor dilusion to raise about a million quid to tide them over to production but it has massively damaged sentiment.
looking to buy back my 45% sold at .54p at around .44p if I can - will then hold more shares when it eventually reaches my target of .8p shrt term and 1.6p medium term (big assumptions there). They are giving warrant holders a bribe of new warrants at .6p which indicates confidence by the board of future sp at the very time they have just damaged confidence in the board.

Will pay .44p today if I can get it - nearly did 10 mins ago but bargain hunters were catching the falling knfe - plenty of time for it to bump along the bottom and give up the opportunity.
In short got caught with 55% of my pants down and trying to turn it to my advantage.

I can't talk it down strider - neither can you. I didn't want this to happen. MM has done this - for god's sake.

Everything that was said yesterday by the doubters was trivialised by you - it has all come to pass - please do not dismiss those with views other than the accepted views of the perennial posters - it is costing you money.

Mr masterman has indeed thought of a way to get his nose deeper in the trough that I didn't think of yesterday.
Lots of posters were right to express concerns about the cash flow - they were ridiculed.
The company is a bit short in terms of cash flow and has cobbled this together in order to avoid a placing - which is probably good news.
However the sp will go to .42p the warrant price - this is based on my experience from many such occasions in the past with other companies.
Fortunately I sold 45% of my shares at .54p based on the charts. Tried to sell the rest this morning but the stampede was underway - the best offer I got was a touch above .45p - since the sp is going to be probably .42p sell and .44p buy at the bottom - it wasn't worth selling and buying back.
So my view has been adjusted - they are accepting warrants at .6p which indicates the trajectory they think the shares will follow. They also have calculated that the amount raised will cover the extra overheads for th time delay i.e. their wages and rental stuff. So a placing is unlikely for La Parilla - but don't forget Masterman's other trick - to make a placing for one of the other projects claiming it's not for La Parilla.
On balance I will buy back the shares sold at .54p at .44p if that opportunity arises and await time to heal this gash in shareholders confidence and for production to begin.

IT IS ABOUT TIME THAT THE BLOKES ON THESE BBs REALLISED THAT WE ARE IN A POSITION TO HELP EACH OTHER WITH CONSTRUCTIVE DISCUSSION - RATHER THAN SEEING IT AS A COMBAT ZONE.

Besides charts and technical indicators we can also use BB's to gauge sentiment - lot's of arguments = sp falling.

Lots of thumbs up whoo whoo's = the quick quid crowd have arrived - prepare to sell

From today's posts it seems like we will have another down day tomorrow.

The sp is Dire Wolf. The stochastics are indicating we are probably at the bottom and RSI at just below 30% - a real big buy signal would be a drop below 20% on RSI followed by a rise back above 20%. My research and frankly amateur TA says 21.6p could be the bottom - so going to give it until near close of play tomorrow before adding I think. need to get my once healthy looking average down. if they had just done the drills that I bought for I would be long gone by now to be honest with a nice 60% profit - was 30% up at one point but now about 20% down. Buy in the 20's and sell in the 60's is the plan now.

Just the normal cycle Trumptown - I suppose the disappointment is that it didn't hit .6p and then re-trace to around .53p. A drop back to below .5p was almost a given after the top was put in. Looking at .47p to provide support.

TT - been offered just over 2.91p for mine and can buy at 2.95p on dummy trades. As you say not far below the 3p and just about bang on a 38% retrace. Waiting to see if it drops a bit lower say to 50% re-trace before adding to my stash. The prospects look great though and feeling very positive about the medium term here.

Yes it was a strange one that Totaltrader - it was hard to see what had happened - had they sold them in advance?
I would think that they don't have them anymore - I can't see them paying 3p for them and then letting us buy them at 2.95p today. Unless they made a rare mistake.

Very good Bobtree - although the overheads still need to be paid whilst we await production. Quite right that the contingency is there to be used for such eventualities. leeway is reduced however.

7 am 1.30 pm 7 am 9.30 am and 8.30am for the past 5 quarters. The odds are on a morning update but you can have 4 to1 for this afternoon.

The update won't be bad, it should be good and could be very good - will any of it change the current short term direction of the sp? Who knows - I think it would have to be very good to outstanding to stop us retesting 2.7p - but that's not far below where we are so probably worth hanging in there and looking to add on outstanding news or a further boredom drift down.

Excellent comeback in defence of Mr masterman but you did confirm salary, share options and warrants. I did say royalties if he could get away with it. I wasn't suggesting insider dealing I was merely stating that he knows what we don't. e.g You buy at .5p but he knows a placing is coming at .45p. You wouldn't have bought if you knew what he knows.
My comments are generic to all CEO's in that they are in it for themselves and will take their money however they can. Nothing wrong with that but we do not need to be viewing any CEO through rose tinted glasses - we are nothing but suppliers of cash when they need it to them.
Meanwhile - I hold shares here because I love Mr M and WRES. Er no - I just want my nose in this potentially very lucrative trough.

Having read that Troajan - I am glad I am not in GLR. A typical Colin wishy washy none plan - raise some money, get a Jorc, do some planning, apply for a licence - oops we need some more cash - back to shareholders again. meanwhile the only carrot being dangled is that it has 'potential' for early production. Had to backtrack on earlier resource grade claims but compensates with there is more tonnage. Typical hope and whim stuff - stick to the ready to produce in the short term is my advice. JLP when pullback complete and WRES after ongoing pullback is complete are better options by far IMO. But I may be wrong.

You are right thechaser - Mr Masterman is doing this for the salary, the share options, any warrants he can issue to himself, royalties if he can get away with it and capital gain if he times things right which he should do with all the inside information he has. Always remember it's the head honcho with his nose in the trough first and we come well down the pecking order (mixing metaphors again). Come September there should be some scraps left over for us - enough to feed everyone.

Yes Colin has cornered the market in that region with investors money whilst making several salaries. Can't blame him - he does work long hours.

Got itchy fingers near that buy button but the indicators say it will go a bit lower before the bottom is in - so waiting (gambling) a little longer.

Just below the 3.1p which is possibly the support. Nicely balanced around the first Fibonnaci retrace support.
