LB28 I know exactly where the warrant money goes - the warrant holders pay the company £365,000 and then they own new shares. If the owners of the new shares sell them for a couple of million profit, then they keep the profit - they do not hand this profit over to the company - hope that helps - also hope that you are not out of your depth with this investing lark - your comments are more than a little worrying - don't bet your house on AIM please.

I have read it all right to the end driver. This is the biggest rise since the phosphate bubble apparently. Also most of Russian alluvial mining has shut down for the winter. Also EUA is bucking the trend for alluvial miners in increasing production whilst others are reducing theirs. That's just from memory of how I read earlier.

Thanks for your reply sxxswe - yes I am aware of the sinosteel cash - I understand that they are reluctant to take this up - there must be a reason. At least one person posted that this had been re-negotiated and others have posted that the banks may not be keen on them taking the money as it would muddy the negotiations - so to be honest I don't know what the truth is in that regard. It would be nice to think they could just get hold of a couple of million if they needed it - but I am wary at the moment. Perhaps we will discover more when the hype diminishes - hard to find knowledgeable posters such as yourself in the quagmire of information and mis-information.

Hi casper 786 - genuine post - can you direct me to where they say there is no need for a placing. I have seen the rns where they say that they have improved their negotiating position due to the warrant money and production income. I think the warrant money takes them to the end of the year and then they get payment for material already sent to the refinery. I seem to recall someone saying that they have enough cash for the 'foreseeable future'. How long that is I don't know.
If the deal is done and done in the next 3 or 4 months then I think they will be ok cashwise, after that who knows - information is a bit scant - real information that is. If you can shed any light I would be grateful.

By the way you have me totally wrong - I post what I consider to be true which is not what the permanent rampers want to see.
What I am 100% sure of is that the constant rampers are the ones who lead folks into losses. The negative posters are the ones to read - they balance your positive side.
I try to be well balanced in my posts - you note my positive comments but assume it is because I am a 'snake' - lucky I don't know who you are.
For the record - potential 8p to 10p take out price here. Possible walk away by the banks and back down to 0.5p Possible placing as the cash they have is very small amount - it reached desperation point begore the warrants.
Fact - I have not purchased any shares here yet.
Fact - I have been posting to try to get a handle on the share and warn others not to get carried away- there are plusses and minuses to all shares.
Will I buy here - yes when the risk /reward is clearly established and if the price clearly reflects that risk / reward. I would welcome an rns on WK as it would inform us all - if it's record production and income then I will know more. If it's that the operations have been shut down for the winter and they need more cash through a placing - then I will know more.
Willing to wait and uncover facts - unfortunately as with FRR the 'investors' know little or nothing of what they are buying - with a few exceptions.

But the warrants were pittyfully small in number compared to the volume here - they wouldn't have made any difference. they won't put out an rns on whether people have sold their new shares from the warrant take up. Are there other warrants out there and if so at what price are they exercisable?

What newsflow are you expecting LB28?

My charts says that the uptrend was over as Jarv55 was posting his tramline chart - it had already broken down and now , despite the ups and downs we are in an overall downtrend and have been for much of the day - 2.5p is my prediction for this particular pullback - other pullbacks will be available.

good point Jonah - that's why seeing some info on fine chrome will be useful. What if they rework the whole amount again for fine chrome and extract the same again as they did first time? Only Leon knows.

Could have easily got all that from the best curry house in Europe in a suburb of Rotherham for less than 35 euros.
Mind you it's peeing it down and 5 degrees in Rotherham and it's not exactly to everyone's taste so maybe the extra 10 euros was worth it. Also a dopiaza fan myself GIT.

Agree Bluebelly. I would add that we need to have the cash to take us to cash flow positive , as you say, but also some will need to actually see the cash flow positive to overcome their distrust.
If both these things were also known knowns the sp would be well North of here. the uncertainty is in the price. Going back to my charts to see if it's time to join you with a final tranche.

Don't know what extra costs will be Moneyhawk but I wouldn't be surprised to see the increased profitability repaying the cash outlay in less than 18 months but it's mainly a gut feeling.

For finance see Kalan at 13.41pm (lol) potential sp 8p to 10p if theres a deal. Potential price if no deal is 0.5p.
Why did the sp shoot up - 2 reasons - potential monetisation of the assets (which have been known about for years) and the hope that cash flow problems are a thing of the past. Keep your eye's and ears open on cash flow is my advice - good luck all.
