AGM tomorrow as per rns. They don't reveal anything new at the AGM. Logic says they will publish an operations update before the meeting. Participants then have little time to respond to the update. Copper production is all that matters. Higher means lower average costs and vice versa. No pgm's or chrome to cover overheads from now on. Let's hope pgms had a good quarter to boost the coffers and subsidise overheads until copper can break even.

Hi Kiapka - the publicity has brought some bargain hunters out and at 2.55p (recent bottom) it was certainly undervalued.

A 67% surge in price is very welcome and I believe this is only the start of JLP finding it's true value in the market and then marching steadily upwards in line with production gains. At the moment i believe (due to one or two names who appeared a couple of weeks ago) that there is an element of pump and dump in today's share price.

Having consulted the charts and knowing the level of copper being produced I decided to take action today and sold my holding. Locking in recent gains. It's a high risk strategy as there could be news in an rns tomorrow which we aren't expecting. But decision made, action taken, take it on the chin for good or bad.

Planning to buy back all 1.2 million shares in the coming weeks. Time to relax and plan this years holidays, stress free. Good luck all and well done to those who bought in fresh to the share sub 3p. Excellent work.

The elephant will be released tomorrow morning prior to the AGm when it's too late to submit questions e.g. Roan production, Sable production, wet weather impact on processing etc etc.

We have had a nice rise on newcomers following the herd - this is a 12 to 18 month investment, it will take time to get copper productioto any hwere near bk even but the potential is there for the patient.

True ICB - lots of cash coming in from sales of assets and income from discontinued operations. The ops update for copper is going to be awful, but we all know that.

Agreed Northern. All JLP need to do is produce copper in sufficient quantity to lower costs and produce a profit. The value locked away in the tips and on the ground will then be recognised.

Same old, same old - selling price continues to rise, we await PROOF that JLP can produce the copper. That's why this is such a bargain (potentially). It all comes down to your level of belief. Mazerunner - high level of belief. Chatmandu - much lower level of belief. But they both believe.

Price action is finally responding to copper price rise - come on Roan, Come on Sable, Come on Leon.

my expectation is that the margin would be around $3,000 per tonne once we get to 10,000 t per annum. that was at $12 000 per tonne copper. so maybe $3700 margin if current prices persist.

about £30 millio + profit.

p.e. of 8 gives £240 million market cap. should be worth north of 7p a share in next 12 to 18 months based on my reallistic??? back of a *** packet calculations.

more detailed assessments are available but whats the point. we know too little and expect the unexpected.

We have sold/ will sell other stuff.

We will invest more in stuff extraction.

We are/will partnering with folks on stuff finding, mining and extraction.

Ultimately JLP's ability to extract copper stuff at a profit is all that matters. We will go bust chasing this stuff or be stuffing our pockets with cash.

We are all here because we believe JLP isn't stuffed (even the constant critics) but will be successful in getting us our stuff.

The share price is holding up at least. The last update conrained nothing new. A few have gone to find something more excitinf, a few have added. Ine or the other is going to be celebratinf in 6 to 18 months time. Sticking with ir myself.

You are right about pgm's. My calculations were conservative for this half year.

On cost of copper production - yes it has gone up significantly as the costs were spread over a much reduced production. We still employed the same people and had the same overheads. as production increases, the costs will be spread. Copper selling price will have risen by more than 10% since the end of the financial year. I worked on a margin or $3000 to $40000 over the next couple of years as production increases. the company are focussing in on costs, yield etc. they know the bottom line is what matters. looking much better for next year and certainly for the year after. The cake is mining plus Sable. Roan can add the icing and the waste rock project is the cherry on top. Good of JM-K to correct one poster. All those jumping on the profit margin being down due to suppliers upping their demands are speculating and there may be some truth in it down the line but it is being massively overestimated.

Overall the results are as expected and there is a clear path to sustained and increasing profitability. delivery of the plan is all that matters now. More production = lower costs. Tight financial control = lower costs. Increased production = higher revenue. Increased copper price = higher revenue.

It's all in the companies hands, the numbers make sense, the profit is there to be made.

This financial year guaranteed income(?) $15 million sales of none core assets, $10 million+ South Africa profit, $25 million sale of S Africa business.

Minimum $50 million.

Copper only - loss making by about $8-10 million, say $10 million. Nett cash position +$40 million - investment, say $25 million.

Should see a bottom line in full year 2026 of $10 -$15 million positive.

Full year 2027, the end of which is only 18 months away. - further payments for S. Africa $15 million + royalty min $12 million, smaller payments for remainder of non core assets, about $3 million. Say 12,500 t copper production (my estimate for breakeven 7500t) gives 5,000t at a profit of $3000 to $4000 per tonne 0r 15 to 20 million dollars.

Bottom line 2027 somewhere between $45 million to $55 million. P.E of 6 to 8 value $270 million to $440 million.

£200 million to £320 million. Share price somewhere between 6.2p and 9.6p.

Further growth from there. Back of a postage stamp. I'll take 9p+ in 18 months.

Yes Sumo - what else have we got - the speculation is consistent with production figures and all info from rns's. Doesn't mean it's correct though.

Reading between the lines, the Roan front end doesn't work when the material is wet. Sable material from Roan also causes problems du to excessive moisture. The waste rock trials are based on the Roan front end, so maybe they won't work in wet conditions.

Mining at Molefe etc into Sable is where the game is at. The rest is hopefully going to be resolved at some point.

Drill, mine, feed Sable - a mining company with processing power and some other stuff. Worth between 6p and 10p IMO until recovery from waste is redesigned.
