this another ploy by the 72% so that they can increase their holding for less than/matching the indicative offer price and also note in this paragraph " price in cash of at least 0.54 pence per share, being the closing market price of an HCL share on 5 February 2013. Parties acting in concert with Toscafund, ACE and parties acting in concert with ACE own, in aggregate, approximately 72.5 per cent" The term "at least" has been used whereas later "This announcement is made with the consent of Toscafund and ACE although there can be no certainty that an offer will ultimately be made for HCL, nor as to the terms on which any offer may ultimately be made. Toscafund and ACE reserve the right to announce an offer at a lower price with the agreement of the Board" Note "at a lower price" Like a threat isn't it Like Why wait for .54 when you can get it now - tempting us to sell especially if they can come back with a lower price if you don't sell now And This announcement is made with the consent of Toscafund and ACE although there can be no certainty that an offer will ultimately be made for HCL, nor as to the terms on which any offer may ultimately be made. kind of like, to me, Psycholigical warfare
a lot of sells going thru and the price on offer has risen from 0.42 to 0.5401 since 900hrs for 500k shares so someone is buying
the 08.40 post since removed No to HCL offer Dear Fellow Investors, We are disappointed at the manner in which we have arrived at the current proposal of an offer for the remaining shares not held by the incumbent concert party, led by Tosca. We believe management has not provided sufficient information to support recent RNS announcements and give minority investors sufficient information to judge the reasonableness of the offer put forward. On this basis we are calling for minority investors to get in touch with us on NotoHCLoffer@yahoo.com to form a concert party to oppose the indicated terms of the offer. To date we have 4 per cent of the outstanding shares in our favour. Please direct any further correspondence to the above email address. Kind Regards, No to HCL
aaaarrrrggghhhh! notohcloffer@yahoo.com Phew! that's the correct one

How can we now believe anything that comes out of this nag's mouth, Next prelim announcement 02/04/2013, Next annual report due 27/04/2013 so we'll never know the true situation but seems to me this has been talked down for a while for them to make this move now and not have to release any contrary positive news that may be contained in the above
Resistance is futile (Borg, Startrek) and I did raise this point, at the fund raising 10p round, of majority shareholders taking over for buttons and as far as I can remember was told that yes they could but that we should trust them Ha HA HA Think I'd rather trust the Borg
will not be happy. Mr know - any relation?
