got it. thanks.
Can someone kindly explain what is it and why so many RNS and is it necessary?
I have noticed Tern has been doing this before and I suspect the pattern may repeat.
I am a long term holder and have a long way to go to break even. Thank you and GLA
The pattern is - After the portfolio update there will be a spike in the share price then the dilution at discount price to fill the kitty. Long term investors here now understand Al. I am sure we all agree his ability to find these new IoT companies but now he needs to win the trust and support of his shareholders. Most of us here understands the values and strength of these companies and he now need to deliver to the shareholders.

Hey Camkite
I know exactly how you feel. I am like you a long term investor holding a significant amount and sitting on around 40% loss.
I hope we get a new CEO who can take this in a different direction to benefit all stakeholders.
Thank you Iglu
