Good morning. First we our acknowledgement and then on Friday Ian received the reply which had been circulated among the joined investors.

We are mostly medium to long term investors here share different views but united in going forward with constructive communication with the board.

The numbers slowly building up and we currently represents 6.2% market capital which is the 2nd largest holders. just to update - 49 declared private investors holding 22,184,857 shares which is 6.21% includes 2 new investors one from France.

Talking Medicines has been named on Heathcare UK's "First 100" list published by the Department for International Trade. The "First 100" companies were selected after a rigorous process based on criteria including how committed they were to export and international expansion, the global uniqueness of their innovation, their track-record of working collaboratively with Healthcare UK, their responsiveness, and how well they represent the UK journey and direction in digital health, particularly with the NHS. The Department for International Trade have stated the list will be updated twice a year.

The First 100 campaign is backed by Healthcare UK, European Connected Health Alliance (ECHA), Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI), Scottish Development International, Innovate UK, HIMSS and the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC).

Some of us from HUMIU "HUM investors United" including myself are topping up at this price in order to increase our cumulative holdings towards 10%.

HUMIU have over 50 investors at the moment holding about 6% and would like more of you to empower a strong voice and demand more transparency.

Here is the update so far.

We have 50 investors shown interest in of which 41 of us disclosed and updated our holdings of 22.4 Million shares which is 6.27% of Market capital.

6 of them yet to disclosed their holdings, 2 of them sold out but may join later and 1 of them is interested but do not want to join until we disclosed our exact position.

I expect few retail investors to join and existing holders to improve their holdings as time goes.

Dear HUMIU investors

Due to lack of responses the Sunday Zoom meeting is postponed.

In the meantime I like to share with you my findings on HUMIU holdings. I have been collating all your information you send and these are my findings so far:

3 of our investors hold almost 10 million among themselves and I am delighted inform one of them have accepted to take up a leading role here. Once that person confirmed I shall inform you.

We like to increase our cumulative holdings 10% of HUM market capital and we already have 6.1% and adding more by existing holders.

We also like new smaller shareholders to join as this will increase our number of shareholders so that the modal number represented by 1 to 50K. At the moment the modal represented by 100k to 500k holders. Kindly encourage all existing and long term small holding investors on HUM investors social media to join us to empower ourselves.

Ian will try and contact the HUM board early next week and hope to have a response. In the meantime if you want me to update your holdings which some of you have already or have any questions regarding HUMIU kindly email.

Also it future we may share our email addresses here to communicate internally among ourselves and if you don't want to be part of it then let me know so that I will remove it or provide us with an alternative email address.
