Look at companies house for that now. Creditors are liquidating the company at a huge deficit. Shareholders as expected will get zero 18 months after delisting.

Constantly lying about how good an oppurtunity cgh is, with 3 directors selling out on the last day before delisting yesterday shows what they think of the future of cgh. The poor suckers who bought that are going to be left in limbo for a long time not even being able to write off the capital loss, probably for many years.

Because I've seen you do the same ramping of stocks that are about to go bust many times on most recently cgh, fleecing people there, encouraging them to pay 0.4, with them struggling to sell at 0.1p a few days later.

I'd say this is extreme high risk - low reward If they manage to turn the company around, you may get a bit of your money back in a few years.

A 250k buy means nothing when there's a bunch of traders wanting to sell before it goes to delisting heaven.

This is an extremely risky share to be in now and people have been selling for good reason.

She's been on the chat boards for years doing the same thing, leaving others holding the baby (and getting spiked or losing everything).

I've seen her ramping the worst companies where the share prices have crashed for good reason, normally because they're in a dire financial situation and are struggling to stay listed.

She hasn't got a clue about any of the companies, misleads in posts with ridiculously innaccurate, amatuer information, is in for a quick trade, cross ramps the stocks, leaving people often with shares in companies that are about to go bust.

The chances of losing 100% in this and the other stocks she ramps is extremely high.

I see this is delisting. Minority shareholders more often than not get absolutely shafted in this situation and can take years for hmrc to accept the capital loss.

Am just warning about Laura as I've seen her in many other stocks, often that are in a dire financial situation, ramping them. Please warn others too. Good luck.

If this stays even close to 2.5p tomorrow (if not suspended) then I think the smart money will be shorting heavily at that price.

Some may try to sue the company and recover losses that way.

Why on earth would you want to buy this at any price after last week? The rns on 23rd was at best extremely misleading.

Hopefully the regulator just suspends trading on this to protect people from themselves.

No they are not "about to drill a multi billion barrel field"

1. There is only "potential" for this and that potential is going to be less than 0.001%

2. They don't even have finance to drill yet.

3. Even if they get to the drill stage, the chance of finding nothing commercial is extremely high.

Who now Is going to give them the 10m+ they need to drill after management credibility has dropped to the worst position currently on the lse?

Since the rise of 0.2p when the market cap was pocket money, what has the board actually achieved to now make the valuation hugely undervalued at £140m?

Possibly because they believe the share price will go lower plus they are getting 20% interest and will be able to convert twice as many plus interest if it goes to 0.1p. Yes and I doubt others will want to get involved in the same amount of shares in an open offer if they did! But anyone that did would add more to that dilution.
