Cyrox, no board of a company at all can force a director to excercise his options and sell shares.
It is also illegal and completely against market regulations to 'hold back inside information or good news' to for someone to sell shares.
People can paint this however they like but the direct has clearly sold his shares as fast as he can, which is 90% of the time not a good sign, in my experience.
Brucey69,
I play aim all the time and rarely bother with the steady eddie shares. I in fact just took a little punt today on CCZ, a share that's gone up 66% today on the back of a major copper discovery. I just don't get too emotional about these things. Sometimes I take profit off the table, sometimes I take a loss when need be. I certainly don't busy my head in the sand like many on these forums. I genuinely can't see this as a good sign whatsoever.
