I took a little look myself and their holding was in the annual report of 2018 but not 2019. They must have sold out between then along with being diluted. Who cares. Whoever bought them will be up 5x now if still holding.

Let ecr concentrate on finding a 50m oz discovery and getting the share price to £10

Ggp price went up nearly 600 times in 4 years whilst many shares changed hands.
Many different Warrants, placings, different directors selling all along the way. Beetham was a large shareholder that sold out and the price doubled the next week, now it's triple that price only months later.

Conclusion: all of the above frequently does not matter at all.
The company is cashed up with great assets in a gold bull market with no debt and no need for any form of placing at all...unless we get very good drilling results which will be very bullish for the price anyway.

Ecr Will have several million in cash now, with many different attractive gold licenses to explore...
Gold will likely make new highs in the first half of 2021.
We will be receiving constant updates from ECR from now on
ECR is in play now on so many levels and I believe will be very hot for the next 12 months!

Perhaps MassiveRay may have a brother who can come and smash us through 4p on Monday morning.
I think however I may be in this for 6-18 months as this has way more potential than ggp's rise in 2020.
Ggp went from around £70m cap to where it is today and that was after the jv when gold was in a very tough market at 1200 dollars.

After that and all of the interest in the area, I think we can negotiate a much better deal, with more than 1 party, with a starting market cap of in excess of 100mn THEN if we have good results, we could potentially get to a 10 figure market cap in 2022.
The upside here is still eventually pounds not pence and can see this going well in excess of 15p-25p on a jv or good drilling results.
I like the story and potential and whilst the day to day share price is very exciting and addicting to look at, I'm a buyer and holder. I know from much experience if you try to sell and get back in lower in a stock like this, you're unlikely to ever get them back unless you have a very large account balance!
Add to that, I think gold could be well over 3,000 dollars in 2022 and may be even 5,000

Angoose potential upside here is massive. Lots of good and knowledgable investors on this board that I’m sure can add to the below but I’ll list what I can -

- Over 1300sq km of licensed area in Victoria Australia which is one of the hottest postcodes right now
- Recently took delivery of ECR owned Diamond drill rig and commencing a drilling campaign with news likely to drop any moment.
- Can assay on site in 24-48 hours as opposed to current 3-4 month waiting time, speeding up the process massively and allowing ECR to assay and drill new areas very reactively.
- Baileston license is where the drilling will start with lots of exciting prospects (previously drilled numerous times with good results)
- CEO confident to get a JORC resource confirmed.
- Baileston has already had numerous offers which ECR have turned down due to knowing they have much more value.
- Newmont recently applied for a license bordering here.
- Creswick license huge interest with 2 parties already completed DD and awaiting site visit to thrash a JV deal out.
- Western Oz have opened borders to Victoria as of a couple hours ago meaning site visits can now take place (this has been held back for about 8 months).
- CEO stated “one of the interested parties is the 3rd largest gold producer in the world and they are very fond of Creswick” - looks likely Newmont due to visit the site any day now ahead of a potential offer.
- The geologist who discovered GGPs Havieron now works for ECR and is extremely excited about the projects.
- Fully funded for in excess of 1 year and recent warrants add another £400k to what was originally approx £1.6mil cash balance.
- CEO has a track record in previous companies getting resource on multi-million ounce deposits and bringing 2 mines into production.
- Gold on the rise
- Victoria in particular seeing much more activity especially with big players growing from around 6/7 companies to 50 on the ground recently.
- £17 mil market cap which CEO stated is hugely undervalued as Fosterville South for eg are worth 12x more and he believes we have much, much better prospects.

There’s so much happening I’m sure I’ve missed more but if anyone else can find me a better looking company right now I’ll throw my house at it! Gl with your decision / investments.

There have been some fantastic, informative posts on here around 1 or 2 weeks ago explaining why this stock is so hot and will get hotter.

It may be a good idea to trawl through these posts and find around 5 or 10 good ones and put them together. I may do this later and post it up.

Unfortunately what often happens is the same people who have researched the company in depth see a 20 or 50% rise then cannot help but take the profit and leave. They also leave with their decent knowledge and research.

Imo the share price has been going up for a tonne of good reasons and so will very unlikely crash any time soon....and will continue going up in the coming weeks and months...

I said back on the eua board in the early days, Undervalued stocks in a clear uptrend at the beginning of a bull market don't come around too often. Imo it is best to sit with one when you are lucky enough to be in one.

Santa and new year rally coming in stocks and gold and winners like ecr imo....

This is trading just like eua at the beginning of its mega rise when it was around 0.7-2p.

Lots of little constant buys coming through.
5-8%days with some 20% days.

Word is getting out about how undervalued this is as we keep nudging to fresh highs with the occasional spurt upwards.

Any slight positive rns will give it another push and of course lots of people selling way to early as they can't sit still. Don't be one of them. Ride The bull, don't get off it when it moves like this. Yeeeeeehaaahhh!

This has been known about for 2 years. It will have zero effect on the share price.
Interesting delayed buys and volume today.
More tomorrow I should guess...

Zakmir had a price target of 1.8p after eua started going up.
It hit 4p within days and the rest is history.

6.75 is not a bad short term target but any half decent news on this and it could be straight into double digits without looking back.

Read the posts on this forum for the last 2 week's and you'll be able to add about 25 points at least to your list.

A close of 4p today and a 25% rise = 5p.

Add on a few similar rises and we shall be 10p in no time. Although even then it will be significantly undervalued in many eyes including the CEO!

If he joined ECR and it got rns'd, they would have a silly wishbone style 10x rise.
I don't believe this is true but would welcome the news somewhat!!!

I 20 bagged on ggp and one big reason I held was paddys updates especially the sat images.

Great to now see he is in ECR and holding firm.

There were honestly months I didn't even read the ggp forum and just searched for paddy to read his posts as there were too many ggp posts to sift through. The best contributor I've seen on lse without doubt.

Rumour is he will go to ECR.

I've heard that in 2 places but could well be made up by people who own ECR

2 sellers of 1m and 300k allowed the buyer(s?)of 2×500k and 2x250k to come in and mop them straight up. Then you couldn't buy at that price any more. I tried to buy some there myself at 4pm today and couldn't even get 50k. Now I see that's why. Others were too quick.

The 1m and 300k are sells.
The 2x500k and 2x250k are all buys.

Also, since ggp did the JV and gave away 70% of haiveron, gold has gone up 50%.
The average profit margins of gold miners will have gone 3 or 4 TIMES assuming gold extraction costs an average of 1000 dollars per ounce. (Ggp did their jv when gold was around 1200)

When profit margins go up by this much the value of assets like ECR in comparison go through the roof. Not only is there huge demand for exploration, the margins are way higher.

I wish more people would understand this.

Ecr could literally go up 100 times. Ggp has largely done it's move, there maybe another 100% but it's done it's 500x from the low and will very unlikely even 5x now.
