Not really. This is asymmetric. Backstop position is 15m cash (ish), Clevegen in development, IP and working partnerships. Upside is beautiful, clear, bright blue skies, IF they did not make the same mistakes with the Japan trial. I�m thinking a 50/50 call on dropping to �1.00 or up to over �15. Very happy with that gamble, thank you. :-)

Looks like my broker was spot on when he told me there was little stock available to buy. I�m guessing the MMs old a LOT of stock recently that they did not have. Well, they got a lot of that stock back today!

I think someone made a mistake in the first trial. That can happen sometimes. I may be a bit racist here, but i think the Japanese trial will be executed perfectly. �15m in the bank says there is way more upside than down and a successful p3 in Japan will make an excellent summer for new investors. I had to pay 117.5 as there is not a lot of stock available.

This is not the only stock he is TR1 in. He is just decisive. Well, decisive and a bit loaded. Great to have him here and I would not bank on him stopping building his holding further.

Lupus sufferers have everything to gain from Lupuzor, including complete remission and no serious side effects. That is an established fact. After that, GSK and its employees, consultants, advocates etc, have income to lose, hence the adverse reaction. I have everything to gain, as Lupuzor approval, either as a result of the p3 trial PLUS data from the extended six months of open trial, requested by both clinicians and patients, or ANY deal with a major pharma, will shoot this back over a pound, for starters. Only Nolupus is posting pro bono publicum.

No-one wants to lose a $400m market and there are always vested interests. Tate and Lyle isn�t scared of the government, but is more than happy to sponsor the Conservative Party Conference. You cannot expect GSK and the recipients of their largesse to watch their revenues dry up, without trying to undermine their competitors, who have a better treatment which DOES NOT HAVE side effects that can result in DEATH. We have a fabulous moral compass example in Jeremy Hunt, so who needs scruples? I still hope the partnership is with GSK, though.

Separately, as previously announced, following requests from both Investigators and patients involved in the Phase III study, ImmuPharma has initiated an additional study permitting all patients who participated in the Phase III study, to receive Lupuzor� (plus "Standard of Care") for six months in an open-label scheme. The results will be gathered as an "extension" open label study, independent of the pivotal Phase III trial. The Company looks forward to providing further updates regarding this study in due course. This is an open study. Data will be available for analysis as soon as it is recorded. That can provide the FDA with additional information on efficacy.
