You think many on here lack confidence in the competence of management? Are you discounting troll opinion? Perhaps the large shareholders have confidence in the potency of Puluzor in the treatment of antibody positive Lupuzor patients, as clinically proven by the recent p3 trial? Perhaps they do not want IMM to lose their 100% interest in a drug with a million dollar marketplace? Just a couple of thoughts.

Doctors like efficacious treatments which Lupuzor has PROVED to be for Antibody Positive Lupus patients. That is about TWO THIRDS of FIVE MILLION people. If HALF of them were treated at ONE TENTH of the cost of Benlysta, that would be a market size of FOUR BILLION DOLLARS. Troll that!!!

But there will be a placing between now and March 2019. a-2-b, i got as far as $8bn marketplace, based on a 90% reduction in cost per patient v Benlysta and hen rested my brain. Quite apart from the savings in the cost of the treatment and administering the treatment, we should promote, to first place, the relief of debilitating Lupus symptoms and the removal of any other treatment that kicks the bejebus out of their immune systems. Immune systems are useful in delaying death, after all!

These proportions were seen in the Europe cohort (60.8% of patients were Antibody Positive) and could therefore be considered as representative of the overall Lupus population. Lupus was effective (71,1% v 48.8%) in a statistically significant way, for patients who were Antibody Positive. The overall Lupus population is estimated to be 5,000,000 worldwide, so 60% Antibody Positive of that is 3,000,000. Only about 15,000 patients receive treatment and the Benlysta revenue is about $400,000,000, $26,666 per patient, Let us be super conservative and assume that we can provide Lupuzor at $2,666 per patient, being one tenth of the cost of Benlysta. I only invested recently. I admit to being shocked that Mr Idiens is paid one third of a million pounds, while investors have lost 80% on their investment. That is how the City works, but ROSE is supposed to operate in the real world of risk and reward, checks and balances. Massive salaries for poor results are unjustified.

Dummy75, to be very honest with you, I have not gone that far back and probably will not bother, since so much has changed since 2015. I do not understand the sarcastic tone of the Prince Charming reference, but I can confirm that Matt Idiens made no adverse comments on any drilling costs, Q4 or otherwise. I only know two ROSE investors. Neither seems overexcited, but they both know a lot about the oil and gas sector and seem to make very good money out of it. I respect their opinions, but like to make my own decisions. The three of us may be wrong, of course and I am not vain enough to expect ROSE to succeed, just because I think it might. Everything carries a risk. I simply expressed an honest opinion in what I thought was a reasonable, measured post. You obviously disagree with me. As a newcomer to the ROSE board, I do not understand the patronising, sarcastic and aggressive tone of your posts. Perhaps you can justify that in some way, but I have no intention of getting involved with any of that. Good luck with your investments!

I rarely comment because everyone on this board already knows my views. I have been buying for the past few weeks, as and when able to. RR turned up today, which I take as a buy signal, but as I bought yesterday...... The SP is being held back, IMHO. If we have huge II buying in the next few days, we will know the reason behind that.
