Also in the update. Some good news at last from Pantheon which has been in short supply for some time. It seems that the problems of excess water at VOBM#5 were caused by fraccing �communicating with a deeper water source� below the perforations. This should be solved by perforating only the Eagle Ford sandstone in future, maybe not rocket science? 330 million barrels of oil is out of bonk with the low sp. a little production, a little cash flow, should see a move to late 20s, early 30s. Happy to let these ride for a few weeks.

The fact that we�ve been able to see evidence is working in a particular group of patients then we can use that to better target patients and it�ll be very important in our discussions with our regulatory advisers and in turn, the regulatory authorities going forward. Of course, not forgetting we are in discussions with a number of potential corporate partners on this and this will be extremely interesting information to them as well.

I suggest you direct your considered opinion towards the CEO, since it is he who is highlighting this �absolute drivel�. Also your pump and dump comments should be aimed at him, since he is the one talking about significant unmet medical need, 60% of 5m patients treatable and a multi million dollar market. I would rather listen to the SME, with knowledge of regulatory approval mechanisms and extensive pharmaceutical industry contracts than some random, anonymous internet trolls. I read the RNS. Further data analysis demonstrated that in the Europe cohort1 (130 patients) Lupuzor� plus standard of care ("Active Group") showed statistically significant reductions (71.1% vs 48.8%, p=0.0218) in disease activity compared to placebo plus standard of care ("Comparator Group") in 79 patients (60.8%) who were anti-dsDNA autoantibody positive ("Antibody Positive"). So, the efficacy is clinically proven for this sub-set of patients. Given the unmet medical need of 3,000,000 Lupus sufferers worldwide, I would expect regulators to react positively to this statistically significant result, given the very serious side-effects, or perhaps that should just be serious effects, of Benlysta. Tim McCarthy says there are ongoing discussions with regulators. I have no reason to doubt that statement and I conclude that those discussions must be of interest to IMM AND to the regulators, otherwise they would not be occurring! There is absolutely NO guarantee that these discussions will result in approval for Lupuzor. No guarantee at all. On the other hand, there is a possibility that it will lead to licensing and production.

Nolupus, my apologies, then. I gathered from your post that you thought shingles and flu were not serious side effect, which I do. As previously pointed out, they are far more serious than anything reported for Lupuzor.
