I simply state that the price used in the presentation is NOT the current price. In fact, it is roughly two thirds of the current price. Likewise with the production figure, which is roughly two thirds of achievable production.

Those are facts, based on information from the tungsten market and from the plant design specifications.

Now, IF the tungsten price does not reduce from here ANDIF the plant performs to specification, THEN ebitda SHOULD be $40-50m in 2019. This is a deduction, not a fact. IF the Russians bomb the plant before the end of 2019, THEN I expect the ebitda to be considerably less than the $20m forecast.

Other scenarios are possible, with differing degrees of probability. We all make value judgments and I accept that there is a wide spectrum of risk appetite and optimism across the investing community. I don;t expect you to have the same view as I do and I certainly would not base my investment decisions on your opinion, which would have lost me more money in WRES than I care to think about.

I am only quoting $20m ebitda in 2019 because jaf1948 insiss on sticking to old production targets and out of date APT prices ($245 then v $355 now), so I no longer talk about the $40-$50m ebitda I expect for 2019. I am very happy that you now have $0.83ps for Almonty. Indeed, I hope you went all in on that one and have made tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. I just think WRES is a far better prospect and I expect at least 5-8p in two years time. Risk/reward.

Further, no-one disagreed with you that Almonty would make money, given that it is in production, or that the share price would rise. The net cash used in operating activities for the Quarter was A$7.0 million, including A$2.5 million on development, A$13.6 million on production and A$0.7 million on finance costs, with revenue of A$13.2 million. Best quarter ever for WLFE, but still losing money.

In the same period, they BORROWED another £10m. This does not look like a billion dollar company to me! After they issue the convertible loan notes to the lender, they will just end up running the mine for the lender. Dilution of three to one, or maybe four to one, not far out from here. Note that 34,602 mtu is less than half the output WRES will have JUST from La Parrilla, but with about a quarter of the debt and 100% owned by PIs. WRES is at least an order of magnitude better than WLFE. It is all in the numbers.

OK so far? 10,500 mtu per day is 3,832,500 mtu per year, since there are 365 days in 1 year. Keeping up? 3,832,500 mtu per year is about $1,149,750,000 per year, using $300/mtu. That sum is a bit harder,so take it slowly. Ok, you may not be good with sums, but on the plus side, you are nowhere near that level of production, since you lose money on every single grain of tungsten concentrate you produce.

No way is WLFE producing 10.5 tonnes per day. Per quarter, maybe, but not even breaking even. Debt increases by £30 per day, JUST on interest payments. You CANNOT reduce debt, if your operation loses money, day after day, and your debt increases, day after day. At some point within the next two years, the mine will be handed over to the lender. PIs are always at the bottom of the feeding chain, so they will be diluted, not to oblivion, but certainly as far as purgatory.
