The EU, Portugal and Spain are providing about a billion euros to join Evora (Portugal) to Badajoz (Spain) and to improve wth whole line. These stations are the termini for the rail line from Lisbon and Madrid, respectively. The end result will be a high speed rail link from Madrid, all the way through Merida and Badajoz in Extremadura, to Sines, the industrial port just south of Lisbon.

It shows the level of investment being put into the region and in making the South European Corridor. Eventually, it will make it easier and cheaper for all the mines in the region to get their product to overseas customers.

Perhaps you should visit the mine with me and I can show you the thick veins of scheelite. To be visible to the naked eye, I believe there has to be a minimum of 2% WO3, but I am not a geologist, so I am happy to be corrected on that. Anyway, these veins were in a shallow trench with only a foot or so topsoil as overburden. I think WRES will be targetting that area to get production up and running quickly, with excellent grades of ore.

As for your buying / selling motivation, the only information I have, is the information that you made public and I certainly did not understand that. It also seemed incongruous that you would buy above 0.42p, yet advise others against bying at 0.42p. It was Bob that spotted that, but again, difficult for an ordinary chap to understand that. Your reasoning that new investors in WRES should have different investment criteria than investors who already hold WRES, makes no sense to me either.

So, yes. I know little of your motivation, in any department, and the little I know, I fail to understand.

Some research from Northland Capital in the very near future might make a difference. They know La Parrilla very well, so I expect a decent target share price from them.

One must ask why did the smart mining guys at RCF get it so wrong with Wolf but the less smart(in mining) guys at Blackrock got it right with W Resources?

RCF got NOTHING wrong. They financed WLFE with convertible loan notes. They will keep funding them until they solve the noise and vibration problem and, maybe in 2019/20 get to break even, then they will convert the loan into shares. Since the loans will be three to four times the current WLFE mcap, RCF will own more of WLFE than Oaktree owns of ORM.

ORM had huge borrowings and had huge dilution.

WLFE have huge borrowings and will have huge dilution.

WRES has already HAD its dilution, but with successive placings, its shareholders, with the CEO leading the way, got to increase their holdings at every stage. With that solid foundation and all his ducks in perfect alignment, he pulls off the Blackrock funding and the Extremadura grant.

No more dilution for WRES. Just brand new, top of the range kit, 2019 production and massive profits to come.

I think I am warming to WLFE now, but i can afford to wait for the dilution when RCF converts its £100m debt into shares. They will surely wait until the noise and vibration problems are sorted out and they can see WLFE getting to break even, whenever that is.

As soon as the dilution(s) finish, this could be a good place to put some WRES profits. Maybe this time next year.
