Bob, take 2kg tomatoes, four sweet red peppers, one slice bread, garlic cloves (I like 5, missus prefers 3), 1 tbsp sherry vinegar, 6 tbsp olive oil, pulverise, then pas through a sieve. Salt, pepper to taste, then put in fridge for a couple of hours. Kind of a cross between salmorejo and gazpacho.
That should clean your arteries out a bit.
