Separately, as previously announced, following requests from both Investigators and patients involved in the Phase III study, ImmuPharma has initiated an additional study permitting all patients who participated in the Phase III study, to receive Lupuzor� (plus "Standard of Care") for six months in an open-label scheme. The results will be gathered as an "extension" open label study, independent of the pivotal Phase III trial. The Company looks forward to providing further updates regarding this study in due course.

I can never predict the bottom, or the top. As long as there are shorters around, you can never tell. Except that they have to buy them back at some time. I remember Ennismore losing �6m shorting QPP. They were the last of the big shorters to leave. Same principle applies with IMM, just on a smaller scale. Happy to drip feed. Lupuzor works and is completely safe. Not many treatments can brag about that. Who will pay for Lupuzor and how much? Time will tell.

IG, I have no access to the shareholder register, so I cannot confirm how many LTHs have sold out. Undoubtedly there were rainbow chasers bottom feeders and shorters galore here. I am none of these. I am a value investor. I know about pharma and clinical trials. This is not the car crash that the market would have us believe. This can be a multi billion platform for treating Lupus. Sheep get herded. People panic when some one shouts �fire� in a theatre. Poker players get scared off the pot. I am not in this for 10%.

IG, you could not get your entry point right, but smarter traders obviously did. Maybe they will also be smarter about their exit point. Obviously, they will have to close their shorts at some point. I can drip feed into this and wait for them to buy back. TBH, shorters have made me much, much more money than rampers. You just have to take advantage of them. It is the LTHs that get scared and sell out that i feel sorry for.

I am a new lth. Does that count? Nothing wrong with IMM that a deal with big pharma will not cure. Overnight. Insiders will not be buying while a deal is being thrashed out.

A tasteless reference. Once they have scared off the nervous and traders have moved on, they will be closing their shorts. Lupuzor works and can be worth multiple billions. No reason for me to be scared off the pot. :-)

They stir up animosity to distract investors from the facts that matter. Lupuzor works. It specifically addresses the part of the immune system that causes Lupus, rather than trashing the immune system indiscriminately. It provided total remission for one in twelve patients treated. It failed to be statistically significant at the top level of analysis, but may be statistically significant at a more granular level. This is what clinicians and sufferers want. To alleviate the symptoms of Lupus, with no side effects. The chances of this drug being dropped are slim to none. Sure, there is a bit to be made here on day to day fluctuations, but that is chicken feed. As the man in the know said, this can still be worth billions.

How many shares has Aviva sold, and when? I know a fund manager who had to keep selling a stock because he had a maximum limit of 10% in any one stock. It eventually 40 bagged, but he had to sell all the way up. Rules is rules.

IsGambling, empty, mindless ramping or deramping is a sure sign that someone thinks their comments can, in some minuscule way, influence the share price. Very doubtful in my opinion, but your comment of Tuesday clearly shows that you are not averse to voicing empty, mindles opinion, yourself. My expecation is that this will be back in the 20s prior to the huge fund raise needed to rerun p3. Which will take 18 months or more. Unless you know something about Lupuzor, trials in general, the specific market, the relationships IMM has with clinicians, other pharma companies and the FDA, you are just, well, gambling. You could always listen to what IMM is saying about the trials, sharing the data and analysis with big pharma, but maybe you already have and have just discounted that. Anyway, you have your opinion and I would not want to convince you otherwise. I never do sp predictions, short or long term, but my opinion is that the sp will trade sideways, until it gets a trigger. IMM will obviously continue with Lupuzor, since it has zero side effects, treats Lupus directly, unlike the shotgun immunosuppressants used currently, and gave complete remission to 7.6% of patients treated. So, the most likely trigger, in my very humble opinion, is a RNS about collaborating with GSK, who have the $400m Benlysta market to lose. In fact, IMM could just RNS talks with GSK �which may not result in an agreement�. That is the most likely trigger to violent sp movement, but that is just my opinion. Happy to wait and see.

Has ZERO side effects and will never KILL anyone. This can still be a multi BILLION earner. Maybe IMM should have used big pharma before now. They obviously thought they could bring the bacon home on their own. Now they know they have to cut a deal. Even a junior share of multi BILLIONS will be transformative for IMM AND the share price. Sell all you want! :-}

Teabuscuit, IMM already told us they have been talking to big pharma about Lupuzor. They cannot possibly expand on that at an investor show. They also cannot talk about the detailed analysis of the P3 trial either. If I were representing IMM, I would not be up for saying �No comment� to a couple of hundred PIs either. Lupuzor works and most definitely DOES NOT cause DEATH!!! It does not even cause SYMPTOMS that MAY CAUSE DEATH. Those are fairly good attributes for drug companies, regulators, clinicians and, most importantly, lupus sufferers. Mess around with the sp in the short term. Lupuzor is a winner.
