The main difference is that WRES has competent, experienced management, who bought the correct kit at a great price and have taken every step of the build in a measured, methodical way.

The next RNS will probably be that the plant is mechanically complete. Until it IS mechanically complete, he cannot RNS that.

If he issued a RNS saying the plant was complete, BEFORE it was complete, THEN I would be extremely worried.
