cut, I suspect they could have bought a reasonable amount on the open market, given that some traders would be happy with the 25%+ profit between sub 0.4p and 0.5p, but regardless of that, their subs go into the company coffers, without commission costs, which was the object of the exercise.

Anyone who thinks they will lose money buying at these levels, with more 0.5p subs to come between now, the grant and profitable production, should perhaps rethink, imho.

Anyone who thinks this money doesn’t know what it’s doing should rethink also.

They don’t need the sp to rise. They are investing in the company. They want WRES to have the funds they need. These people are already rich! They will not sweat over a tenth of a penny.

Putting it simply, new money is coming in at a 25% premium to my price. That will be followed y directors' buys, at 0.5p, plus maybe another £2m at 0.5p.

Do the CEO and the new NEDs have a better understanding of our prospects than you do?

Private placing at a 35% premium and first ore within two weeks. Great news to have local investors now. It was only a matter of time, but that underscores the whole project and the sp. The Junta is socialist and the old money is not, but they are all getting behind Wresources to improve the local economy. Wres will be first in line and strong favourites for new mining prospects in the area. My personal view is that there will be other opportunities.

Sorry for anyone scared off the pot today. It made as much sense selling today, as selling when the price was 0.26p.

DB the supplier caused the project to be over three months late.

I think even the very disappointed shareholders understand why the budget ran out, even if you cannot.

Dreamingof, if we had three months production by now, plus the grant in the bank, I doubt we would be havin this placing at all.

The new Spanish NEDS were out in place for their links to Spanish funds. Now they get their turn to play, at a very decent premium. This is in stark contrast to Miton, which “managed to take advantage” of a steadily declining share price, to buy in cheaply. I feel much happier with funds at a premium, from a body that will not have to sell out, if their investors start asking for their cash back.

Anyway, we get to buy in BELOW 0.5p. Make 25-30% more than the Spanish family fund that he is now “benefiting “.
