speel, if PW talked about Nasdaq, then the whole conversation would be, will we pass or fail, and there would be massive management time involved in fielding questions about it. Why would he invite that level of expectation. This way, he quietly does his thing with the regulators, who would have been waiting for the full year accounts as a starting place, then just moves the whole shebang alongside his day jib.

Agreed 100%. I suspect Nasdaq will make no material difference to the success of ARB. My interest is in getting the ARB share selling price to £5 ASAP, so I can topslice. I think it needs Nasdaq for that.
