Safety, I tried making sourdough a couple of times, but I think I wasn’t consistent enough in looking after it. Anyway, I’m not great with bread, so probably a good thing.
I have stout to keg, which will free up the fermenter for another brew. I won’t have the same access to grapes this year, so I’m going to try out a wine kit, for the first time. Tempranillo, you will be pleased to hear.
