Sorry, I should have appreciated that might look like a typo. I meant £2.
I can see PE having a sense of fairness with the incoming institutions, some of whom may already have take the £2 placing. Of course, I may be wrong with that, but if ARB has been deliberately shorting ARBKF to hold the price artificially, then why should new IIs get a better price than the old IIs?
ARB is in a better position now, than it was at the time of the £2 placing. The current sp is being managed and that’s the only reason why it’s down here. Of course, I may well be wrong with the above, but anyone who expects the placing to be done at a discount will be disappointed, imho.
