As you probably already know between 70 and 80% of investors in CFD lose money when investing in CFD( they tell you that when you sign up) as for the question that you asked...Yes anything that has a negative effect might drive a share price lower, and higher interest rates effect all cost for the company, you need to decide if you think all those costs are already factored in, Only you can make that decision as no-one can truly predict how any share will move with any confidence.....as for me I'm invested here because I think long term that this share will be higher in the medium term, but cant say for sure about movements short term....its a very risky investment CFD's.

Really poor trading update but I think the fall is overdone....

I bought back in on Friday after bailing about 3 years ago, I feel now is a good entry point.

Prediction for next weeks close.....an optimistic 78.2p from me.

My dividend had been credited to my account before the market opened....Interactive Investor account.

The Company announces that it has been notified that Kenny Wilson, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, purchased 309,948 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 14 July 2023 at a price of £1.290535 per Ordinary Share.

Looks like things are improving.

As Dividend is due next week we might see a bit more of a of a lift with their reinvestment.

I live relatively close to the Methil yard so pass by it every so often to see if there's much activity.

I Was at the gates yesterday mid morning and it was as quiet as a graveyard, about 30 cars parked in the area and no action to be seen in the open yards nor any storage of materials in the open areas..I was about 50 yards from the main fabrication workshops and it was very quiet everywhere....I've been down there several times over the last couple of months and its always been the same.

Nor anyone to be seen near the main gate otherwise I would have asked them.

Share price is well up this afternoon.

Time will tell who the idiots are.....lol

Spot on JL.. a company valued at £14.4 million even after the recent realisation falls.

I cant even find that they actually have any assets at all...the site that they have access to was in their words "Taken Over" not bought, they are due to submit half yearly results in September so that should probably be worth reading.

Dividend of 4.28p to be paid on the 18th of July..

Bought some more this morning at 138.7p

Pretty much as was expected, slight increase in dividend, lets see what the markets think...

This share is up about 15% since the mid April trading update which was to my reading less than inspiring, but was obviously liked by the markets, its a pity this board is so quiet, It would be nice to get others ideas on how well they think the results might be.

She could have taken her dividend in cash in which case we would have been non the wiser, in fact by retaining her tax free portion of her dividend gives her more shares than she had 2 days ago...

She received her dividend in shares and sold a portion of them to cover her tax bill on the dividend and retained the remainder of her shares received as a dividend....all perfectly normal..
