I took the time on Monday to go and have a read the Infastrata share chat that had been posted on this site, looking back to the time of the H&W take over when the share price was about 0.2p, so many of those invested and posting then are still here...
Today is a big stepping stone for the company, it must be so much more satisfying for those who see their original asset moving into a new phase.. well done in keeping the faith.
Here's a link to the chat if anyone cares to have a look, for some reason I could not access it easily from the site

JW was asked about recovering the salt for repurposing and I'm sure he said that that option had been looked into and no companied in that field were interested....might have to be further looked into if the JV finds it to be a major issue..
As tomorrows judgement will have a significant effect on the share price, is there any chance of a temporary suspension of trading to allow a level playing field or will it just be a case of seeing the change in share price reflecting the High Court decision..
Hope its just a change of sentiment, also might be the MM raising the price ahead the dividend payout on Friday as many PI will be signed up for auto reinvestment.
Whatever it is its good to see, still a very long way to go for me to be back in profit,
These objections are not new, they were all part of the JR, Many of those objections were ruled out by the Judge as not relevant, the rest he is weighing up to see if the original decision to grant the Gas Cavern the go ahead was in any way flawed..that's what we find out tomorrow.
I reinvested it in Mid May @ 117.7p
3 months later its down another 35%...Only thing positive I can think of is at least I haven't been tempted to try and average down on my share price, its a sit and hold for as long as it takes now.
Pooks..

This was posted by Mary a week or so back, its pretty complicated but after a few readings I think I have gotten the gist, its about assuming the worst and making a provision in case it occurs ( I Think)
