and so the decline continues, we are now below 3 despite a big buy at the close yesterday. My punt certainly isn't paying off here, but until the fat lady sings I guess there is always hope. I wonder if the phrase I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend can almost be replaced with I want to be out of this by the weekend.

if it does go down to below 9 then I for one will be picking up more, it is only about 4% so not much really, and much better than other forms of death spiral funding.

100 to 1 it is then. And over 30% of the holder are in agreement already. I think overall it is pretty good news.

Hi, from my experience not all consolidations have been bad, signet jewellers did one many years ago and have done well for me since then. Yes, you will have less shares but in theory the value of the holding is unchanged, you have less but the price of each is higher. It is often claimed that companies pursue share consolidation primarily to increase the company’s share price so as to generate greater interest in the company’s shares, in particular from institutional investors who may have a mandate to only invest in shares above a certain price point. The biggest issue I have with this are the two very large holders potentially holding back the share price by being able to sell in to any rise.

Can anyone find the documents on their website? I think consolidation wont be the worst thing for this share as there are billions floating around,

Only one trade today, this seems pretty low given that other weald companies are doing quite well.

Yes totally agree there is positivity in a number of the investments, as AIM seems to be sentiment driven as much as anything else hopefully the director buy and good news flow will lead to an improvement here.

Just my opinion - I think the MM's know the same as us which is that Bergen probably are and want to offload. They also wont want a large amount of shares on their books at any one time, so to get rid of them they end up dropping the price to encourage PI's in. For me and maybe others here, we therefore face a choice, try to play the spikes, or use this as a chance to top up on the cheap whilst playing a long game. Personally I don't think there are any dark forces at play, just the MM's using their knowledge and making a market when there is a big seller in the background. In the meantime news from the Company seems to be in line with expected timeframes so nothing to sinister to worry about.

Totally agree the journey does seem to be much more positive over the last few weeks / months. I think this probably secures the future here for at least 12 months, and the word significant revenue hopefully gets rid of any need for an imminent placing to keep the lights on. Be nice to see a decent rise today, but wonder if peel will sell in to the rise and as a result the S/P will remain static. GLA.

A bit disappointing that we have had a series of better news items and yet the share price remains firmly stuck at the all time lows.

Yes same here, no news that i can find but happy that it is going up.

Totally agree I think sentiment would completely change if the company announced that they have achieved what was required and could meet payments to their creditors, all of the time this uncertainly remains any good news will quickly be forgotten and the share price will return to current levels.

Im happy to wait this one out, i think the lack of news is causing the drift down. My reasons for hope: ~The HH stake is now more liquid and even the most basic analysis of assets vs market cap shows a discount. I think if one of our other investments comes off and reinstates confidence then this will bounce pretty quick. In the meantime if I can I will be trying to top up at these levels. Any news or updates would be good to hear.

There are some slides from today’s meeting on their website. Sounds quite bullish they certainly seem to believe they have a good opportunity. I think the price is probably being held back by supply of shares being so great. Overall A positive day.
