I am trying to work out when this will swing in to profit. They are expecting rapid growth in sales, does anyone agree with me this might even be in the black at some point in 2019?
Morning,
Compared to where this was only a matter of months ago this is a remarkable turnaround. Well done to the BOD.
William, it has some positives in it, and clearly they seem to think the company will continue to operate. However, until issue with the debt is sorted out, I think the share price will languish at these levels. The important part for me is "The Company recently announced that it was considering options to re-finance its Super Senior Facility, due to mature in June 2020. At the same time, the Company will also consider increasing the new facility in the range of $225 to $250 million in order in to complete certain capital projects and to provide additional working capital. ". They need to say how they are going to pay off or service this debt, and with revenues being small this increases the risk we could be wiped out.
I do like these little tick ups much more than a big spike followed by a drift back down.
I’m still a fair way off being in profit but looking much more positive now. It’s even getting tempting to top up. Gla and thanks for the useful posts
I think the fall is as much about the change in sentiment as much as anything else. Last year Oyster looked promising, FB was new news, HHDL was exciting. Agree some have moved on but I feel we need some dynamism and plan from the BOD. If the current BOD can’t deliver then they need to move on rather than erode what we have left. Until sentiment changes we can look forward to a so in the doldrums. Just my opinion. GLA
I wonder if this is the start of a recovery or just another blip.
Yup agree the price is ticking up nicely
Ok so we are out of UKOG, wonder what the money will be used for?
A quick google found the following
OYSTER OIL AND GAS LTD. ("OY")

Yup I agree, got back in today and hoping for another ride back up. Think I might have to wait a few months, but overall think the risk / reward at this price is pretty good. Anyway good luck to Angus and hoping it all works out.
Morning,
Based on previous years data I think the half year results are due any time. So hopefully we should get an update on how all these things are going or not going.
The whole board is very quiet, hoping we have some news to talk about sooner rather than later.
The spread between buys and sells today seems quite large.
Hi
Yes based on past history of RNS's the half year results should be out at the end of Feb or early March. Are we sure that the cash and smaller holdings haven't been used to pay the BOD's salaries?
Hi Madchatter, I think I will answer your point with a question, does anyone know the real value here, if there is a deal selling the litigation this becomes a cash rich shell, if the litigation goes Hardy's way then this is even more valuable, if it all goes wrong question is, is there actually any value. Im just happy to be in profit for a change.
I think the relatively low number of shares in circulation and the fact that there are some major holders who are not selling means the free float is pretty limited meaning any jump in volume or sentiment will make the prices jump quickly. anyway just my opinion gla.

And all looking on track for a re-listing on 20th Feb.
We should in theory find out some more shortly, last year there was a trading update issued at the end of January.
