Hi, I think overall it was a good RNS and demonstrates some progress. The JORC should be issued in Q3/Q4 which again is positive as we now know a timeframe. On this basis I am happy to hold this on the assumption that there is a decent resource, and are suggesting ideas about timescales. I like the fact that they seem to be quite honest and open regarding funding too. gla. etc.

Hi, without wanting to knock anyone, I personally don't think some of the analysis used in this type of report is up to much, they tend to focus on the wrong things and miss something important. I think we have a number of questions over the continued ability of the company to meet obligations as they fall due and until this is clarified one way or the other then this will continue to be a red or black bet. Anyway GLA.

Hi despite the potential big sellers in the background I still think the current price is tempting given the potential flow of good news, so on this basis I have taken the chance to top up here. GLA.

I was thinking the same 30 June has come and gone and the fat lady has not started singing yet. I also note that the volume of trades remains very low. The recent news from the Company re contracts, partnerships, testing etc is quite positive, it would be nice to have something from them giving clarification on the financial position so that we know if there really is a future here. Be interesting to hear the opinion of others.

It seems that the news flow is starting to turn slightly positive, a new contract today and news last week of a Memo of Understanding. On the other hand we still have the issue of funding in the short term, but any good news is always welcome IMHO. GLA

it could be something brewing or it could be a combination of large spreads and low volumes. I’m noting the volumes are still low so no big seller in the background as far as I can see. But hey what do I know?

Kpate, If there is a placing or rights issue the new shares are usually offered at a lower price, so PI’S will see the existing price of thier shares drop to somewhere near or even below the placing price. When the new shares come in to the market the percentage of the company you owned before the dilution will go down. Sometimes the placing or rights shares them quickly get sold on further depressing the price. However it does give the company a way to raise funds and if you think this is a good reason which will at sometime help the company grow or develop then it could be a good thing. So this covers �20m of the �90m we need. I suppose this is some good news, providing it is paid on time.

The spread is also very tight, I am quietly starting to regain some confidence here.

Hi GCCR, not sure if you are referring to the spread shown on LSE but I find it is usually much less when you put through a trade or even a dummy trade. In any case I think the RNS was relatively positive, it still doesn't answer all the questions, and I still wonder if this will end up bust. It is still pretty close to a 50/50 call IMHO. All, Have been some interesting varied and valid opinions shared on here recently. I am still sticking with my hold at the moment based on the fact that the shares which were converted have not been sold in bulk by the big holders. If you look at Carillion which was doomed, the big holders all pretty much sold out before the end. As the volume remains very low I think I will stick with the red or black gamble for the time being. Just my opinion dyor etc... gla.

Hi Aerial, Well it looks like we got what we were hoping for and to me it seems very positive, there is talk of revenue exceeding target which is good, and clearly there is some demand for their product. If I were to be critical I would have liked some numbers but hopefully this is the start of the turnaround. GLA

Pleased that it was positive again I will happily take a small rise every day. Should get some news in the next few weeks as last years final results came out and the end of June. Good luck

Scotty, I read your comment and totally agree, but enjoy the risk until it all goes wrong, as others have said this is red or black, hopefully some positive news will come out shortly regarding the $40m and $50m

The RNS did say "The Directors forecast that revenue for the current financial year will not be less than US$50 million. In addition, there is a large infrequently recurring transaction in the pipeline that, if it closes, would add a further US$40 million to Group revenue, with US$18 million of associated costs, in the current year. With effect from the end of the current financial year, the Company expects substantial growth in revenue driven off the introduction of HYLAS 4 to the fleet opening up new markets in sub-Saharan Africa." However I don't think this covers the requirements set out previously. The $40m might come off, but where is the other $50m going to come from, and even if we get past June they say revenue will pick up but I still think they will be loss making for another 12 months minimum. So for me every day that passes makes me think that the risk of failure grows without news. GLA - that's my thought for today. Who is going on the attack the rampers or the doom-mongers.

I'm no expert either but agree and think it is positive, I like the sentence about debt being reduced significantly. Production figures look good too. GLA.
