Crizmo, yes they have. It was a single lateral well called Selemo 1. And they have been utilising thier own gas from the Selemo pilot wells for a long time now (mid 2017) saving £50K pa on fuel bills.

I seen on Global Tenders website that the deadline for a response to our tender is March 2019. Atleast we have a ‘on or before’ date now.

I was wondering what that could be for, I'm pretty sure its do with Tlou as itbsays Australia at top, Maybe for the transmission lines or possibly our processing and power generation facility?

Earls, Its just my way of thinking at this moment in time seeing the SP on its knees. Its a bit disheartening that the one Aim share I have most confidence in is squeezing my nuts big time. I am a great believer in Tlou and always have been and still keeping the faith.

No one is blaming Tidd, He’s not at fault here. I think they’re just questioning his whereabouts at a time the SP is in dire straits.

Big holding here too. Fingers crossed it turns good Q1 2019. If we’re still on track to become a solid producer at the end of 2019 then I will ride it out in hope for a decent return.

Im sure 400mcfd will be beaten too, They have picked what they think are the 3 best locations from recent seismics to drill, which is good enough for me.As for the tender award, winning that will be transformational for Tlou and all invested. Finger crossed it comes good this time.

I think I got my answer in yesterdays RNS and after doing some back research they should have around 1.6M Aud left after 3 well campaign as 0.6M for coreholes has been included in June 2018 presentation expenditure for 2018 and 1M left over from the 5M entitlement offer (2M x 2 extra wells) also quoted in June presentation. So plenty of surplus cash for more core hole drilling. I would have prefered to see them running in tandem with each other to support the share price during the well campaign, then we would have been waiting on 3 huge news pieces early 2019. But hey ho.

I think whats need here are some positive posts by our more experienced CBM and TLOU commentators from 2017 especially with all the anticipated news flow over the next 3-6 Months.

Also, Am I right in thinking that the first well could easily produce enough gas to support 2MW? Im assuming around 350mcfd would do this? CBM wells in 1 China Company(cant rem name) are producing on average 1mmcfd with an average lifespan of 3 years and have been doing so for many years, i think it was 8 years but article was a while ago. America average 100mcfd to 500mcfd?
TLOUs Selemo Pod Pilot Well produced nearly 400mcfd at peak and averaged 165mcfd-190mcfd, so in my opinion 2 wells will be sufficient for 2MW easy, 1 could possibly be sufficient and 3 is more than enough, but if (and its a big IF) all 3 could produce say 1mmcfd on average between them then there would be enough to easily power 5MW.
That would be great news.

I was under the impression Tlou were supposed to be drilling more core holes in 2018. So I checked back on some RNSs and found this:
In early 2018 Tlou purchased a core drilling rig which arrived on site this month. The rig has low hours and will be ideal for obtaining coal and gas data in regions of sparse geological information, noting that the Company holds 100% of licences covering over 8,000 Km2.

Once commissioned the rig will be prepared for a core well drilling campaign in advance of proposed pilot well drilling. In addition, Tlou already has its own desorption testing facilities onsite which allows the Company to test core-hole samples without the requirement to mobilise third party personnel. Owning the core rig and gas testing equipment is expected to greatly reduce the cost of Tlou's core-hole drilling and core sample analysis.

Anyone have any ideas as to why Tlou are not drilling core holes in tandem with the well program? They should have plenty of cash to do this as its around 6M Aud for the 3 laterals? And its in a presentation back in June that they had accounted for 600k Aud for more core holes 2018.
