Fair enough Tom, it may not have been a value accretive event, but I said derisked ‘current operations’. They have a contingency well- Lesedi 5 for the purpose off a failure at Lesedi 3a,3b or 4a,4b or in the event that they may have to be completed as singling laterals like what happened in 2013.

“The lateral Selemo 1B commenced drilling in August 2013. However, this well encountered problems which eventually led to the drill string becoming stuck in the hole at 536m measured depth. This well was subsequently suspended and Selemo was completed as a single lateral pilot pod. At this point activity moved to the Lesedi pod which was designed to be completed as a dual lateral pod”

Thats was why I said derisked current operations, which the team have rightly done so. IMO, Todays news should be interpreted as great news, and does not deserve the mediocre reponse in the SP drop.

‘Significant Liklihood’ tells me that operations are going better than expected, and that theres a strong probability that deep pocket investors are waiting on the sidelines for well results, ie Tlou are pretty much guaranteed funding on success.

Totally agree Tom, its always been a tightly held share. I have held and added for 2years 1 week, yep last week Jan 2017 at 6.02p, and not planning on parting with any for another 2 or a take-over, which ever comes first:)

I doubt the RFP award has been leaked..The trades aren’t huge but still great to see investors returning.
I’m thinking the first lateral has been completed successfully, or nearing completion and looking good for success.

The company updated us as each individual top-hole was completed successfully. Will they update us on each individual lateral? It stated in the last RNS that we would be updated when top-holes are completed, so I'm assuming when all 4 are completed?
Reason I'm asking is that there will be share price movement on each successful/unsuccessful one completed, so surely they should RNS on each?
