The finances are sorted, the financial structure agreed. Everyone in the know now fully loaded, no surprise we get the cracking update that Greg has alluded to. The valuation of the company can now be based on a serious material amount more resource. No surprise the PI offer was scaled down, insiders knew the offer was at a bargain price! It has been a long time coming, but we should start to see a rerate as we get towards production. I expect the company to now be turning heads with the resources that we have, the in country partners, and the 10% ownership by Sheffield. We should get a blue day today!

How do you know it is a 32% allocation? They increased it to £400k and closed early. I presume when it hit 400k. Just checked my account at AJ bell, money is still to be taken.

Retail offer raised to 400k, Greg obviously didn't want to scale down the retail offering. Just closed it early. It bodes well. Having met him, he does value retail investors. We should now be getting a raft of positive RNS’s! We have been disappointed so many times, hence the market scepticism, but this could now be the time. In a year’s time we should be at double figures, producing, with some impressive profit numbers. We are now backed by in country clout, and with a proposed country listing so the SL discount should be very much reduced. I am starting to relax a bit more about this share, and may even eventually make a profit! I am pleased I have picked up more in the offer.

Closing early, fully subscribed. The discount was not particularly compelling, so it demonstrates the support for it.

Greg has plenty of skin in the game, he admits that they have had had two false starts and now has to deliver. Expects the share price to close the gap with the NPV as we get closer to production! Samples have gone off for assays, but they sound to have a jolly good idea from the visuals as to what they will reveal in the lab. Market not impressed by the news, but should start to react as we tick the boxes towards production.

The offer has just come through, put 10k in and 900. I won’t get them all, it will be scaled down I would think.

I console myself that management think that offering PI’s shares at 2.5p is a good buy! The market doesn’t, due to not having a view of the bigger picture. We just have to trust that it is going to yield shareholder value, in time!

The market has spoken this AM. It doesn’t really understand what this means for the company. An interview is required.

There is dilution, but the project is going to happen that is now nailed on. I like the fact that there will be a lot more transparency with the listing. I am going to try to get some more at 2.5p, a relatively small offering of 300k, but they were at least thinking of us PI’s! I would now think after this that we will be producing in 2026. I also think we have the opportunity to significantly increase our resource levels, with the ‘powers that be’ involved. It will become a cash cow, and yield over many years. I expect to be brought out in time, just when we are enjoying the fruits of our investment!

Harry sounds very confident. It is going to happen. We are being pressurised to get it over the line. Great views of the country. We are first in line and are pegging more land. It is exciting times, just when not if.

This is the bit that is interesting, a hint of higher grade as well. We certainly have the resources to warrant a lot higher price, but we have suffered too many false dawns, to get too excited! We must be on someone’s radar with our grades and potential increase in resource! It does explain the buying this last week, I agree!

A subtle message is being sent, the chances of hitting something commercial is high. The ground will be in demand if that is the case. At today’s market cap, one would think it is a strong buy, just on this one project.

I like your analogy Ringworm. I will not speculate as to asset values, as we have no clue as to what PC has told the 4 interested parties in the CS project in the way of value that we are looking at. The fact is that they are still interested and hasn’t frightened them off. The deal that PC thought was in the bag fell through not because of price, but corporate head office changes. I think they are back showing some interest.

A brick in the wall, hopefully will be worth building a mine and our royalty will be worth something. Odds are getting better I would have thought. Just a small asset in our portfolio, posted to keep our spirits up while waiting!

Terrafin- the reality check for me is also the current share price! I am along term investor, who invested in the quality of the assets. Deals will come I am sure, and would prefer that PC does not sell them on the cheap for a quick sale. I can completely see why shareholders are getting frustrated.

Caddy- liken it to a house sale, you agree a sale, the surveys are done, a completion date is agreed. Then the purchaser has second thoughts and backs off at the last moment. A sale is not a sale until contracts have been exchanged. PC has told us in December that 4 companies are seriously interested in the CS project. We just don’t know at what stage these different negotiations are at. PC acknowledges it was a mistake to have given the previous June time frame for completion, I am sure that lesson will have been learnt. The CS project agreement RNS will come out of the blue. It is just a matter of when, rather than an if, IMHO.

Just a reminder of the successful testing of the CS project, the results were good. This project is very much in play with a number of large companies interested. The market price says never!

PC does tell the truth, all RNS’s are vetted, fact. The commercial realities have not panned out as projected, simple as that, a hard reality that is now reflected in the share price. This can change in an instance as all assets are still in play. No company gives names of who they are negotiating with, that is standard practice. The name might not even be given when the deal is done, it depends on the acquirer. We are all underwater, fact. Depressing at the moment, but hope springs eternal, as the assets have considerable value.

Disappointing, but I would think it is about negotiating tactics reading between the lines. They are playing hard ball, expecting PC to renegotiate the 3% royalty and cave in. They will see the RNS and the resultant share price response, that card has now been played. We are now free to hawk it around, with a person who knows the market, and it will be our turn to play hard ball. As the RNS states, there are interested parties who are interested. We can now renegotiate with whoever. So not the end of the world, and it may work out better for us, but it will dent shareholders confidence in the meantime, and the chat forums will be full of negativity.
