Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
I read into this as positive news to give an opposite view. PC is currently damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t, as we wait for news on the main course. We are stuck with PC, overwhelming support for him at the recent AGM. This is a reality, carping about it is not going to change anything, apart from putting off potential investors.
Well moaning about the situation incessantly gets tedious, we are all in the same boat waiting and waiting for news. I apologise for my trite remarks, I have not shown patience which I profess to have plenty of! We are all on the same side.
Nobody wants a placing and that includes MF. I can’t help feel that this new relationship might bring in some cash. This hump in the road might have been a blessing, time will tell on this one. Plenty of sand to go around! Bring on the RNS, it must be in the making if the PR machine has started.
I am tempted to take a few more! Hopefully we will all look back, and see this as the start of the new beginning. Hopefully everything is all lined up, and we can start producing this year! They will have been working on it all behind the scenes. The projected figures look fantastic, a real pension maker at these levels. I am starting to get excited! Inflation in double figures, mineral prices increasing, we haven’t lost anything in the wait. Just frayed nerves!
Well I think it is very positive news, we have a SL partner who has clout and knows how to deal. It may cost us a few percent, but there is plenty to go around. This is for the long run, and the company gains a lot of credibility with a local influencer at a government wealth creating level. It will help with the off take arrangements, the exports and his company might even provide some of the finance, keeping it in-house. We should not have long to wait for that Uber RNS that will send us back into double figures!
As the sun is shining and the share price has actually gone up, I thought I would push the boat out a little. To be honest with the assets that we have, I could easily project that when the dividends start flowing. This extraction could run and run for decades. Highest grades, inflation raging, why not? Tempered by the fact it is in SL when anything could happen!
Only about 23% of the shares are available to the public from memory, so a fair wack of the 23%. Too many, but got sucked in by economics of the project, and just got sucked further and further down! Some positive PR after months of depression. Drinks are on me when this gets to a pound!
Nothing like jumping the gun, bought some more in anticipation!
Sounds as though there is an RNS due! A good pragmatic read.
Thank you for that compliment Terrafin. Having a shareholding that reflects my confidence, I have made it my business to understand what I have invested in, and am also heavily underwater, just like PC is. I have an opposite view of PC, and in my dealings believe that he will deliver for us shareholders, of which he is the largest. Happy that he only takes shares for payment, and I understand his and our frustrations. Our assets are increasing in value in the ground, as the market slowly changes its thinking.
We have just had the AGM, when a full update was given. If the update was not to your satisfaction, you can always sell. Now that is your conundrum, do I sell and crystallise the loss, or might the assets be worth something and deals struck. I can understand your frustration and resentment, but going on and on about it does not change the situation. Complaining on a bulletin board trying to get converts, is achieving very little of consequence. I am afraid you will just have to suck it up, sell or be patient. At least I delivered!
All fees are paid in shares. So they work for shares in the company, and are totally aligned with us shareholders in increasing shareholder value. We wait patiently, knowing confident that the value of our assets are worth well above our market cap. At least the directors aren’t selling!
It is not a lottery ticket, we know what we know. It is all down to PC, and I am confident valuations of our assets are going to be well above our 4m current market cap. PC has my support in negotiating deals that will give me shareholder value. I would like part of the sepiolite money when and if paid, to be paid out to shareholders. The valuations will be revealed in contracts, there is enough evidence to see that we have choices in the type of deal.
He has given us all the information he is legally allowed to give, the value will be revealed in a signed contract. He is telling us what the product sells for, not breaking the rules. Signed contract Sepiolite, value in contract, fact. The incessant moaning is starting to wear thin. Sell if you don’t have the patience.
