I hope your right. Time wise before I would have said unlikely, especially if it had been Pfizer as Global co, but Eli Lilly have publicly said they want to buy 4 1-5bn small pharma this year.... It depends how flexible they are with timings, I think we would all prefer some successful trials before takeover talks to boost SP

100% Pingu that's what is so annoying about people who try and post negative statements about hemo. It's the complete utter lack of any effort to try and justify their position. Zero research or references or substance. It's the donald trump effect, If i shout loud enough, repeat it over and over and try and bully and demean people will listen.
Which is why i have massively cut down my attention to this board, far too much bs most of the time.

As for Hemogenyx? Think the discussions were about value, take over etc? Said it before, got laughed at, ill say it again. £1.80 per share takeover give or take a little, inside 6-12months Max is my guess

RE why the SP keeps falling? We dont need to ask Vlad that one, the reason the SP keeps dropping is PI's keep selling when the SP drops.
Investors are waking up to Hemo, they are buying in, but they need shares. Shares dont grow on trees, they dont appear from the bottoms of Market Makers, they come from other share holders like you and me.
When a big investor wants to buy shares in Hemo they ring up a broker and ask for say 250k shares.
Where do they get the shares from for that big investor? Why you and me, they drop the price, make it look like the SP is falling and induce the next gullible holder to sell their shares so that the big investors order can be filled.
While people keep doing this the SP will keep falling.

If your one of the ones who are likely to sell when the SP falls please just sell now and be done with it, once it stops working the MMs have to raise the price to induce sellers, but its ALOT more profitable for them to drop.

Consider they agree to sell 100k shares to bob at current price of 8p.
They have 50k and need another 50k, they drop the price to say 7p and get the remainder of the shares THEY pocket the difference, if they know it will work time and again they are more than happy to take the order, much more risky for them going up.

Re the webinar there are several possibilities:
1, No news just sit there and answer some questions and clear the air around some rumors and give some confidence to the market so the SP can recover and stabalise, IE fight the de-rampers and give a little growth to the SP
2, News before, even that morning, questions have to be in tomorrow giving 3 days to sift and sort, then its an easy case to say these questions have been answered by the licencing agreement or whatever announced today. Releasing news AFTER the Q&A window closes also prevents us asking any probing questions about that news, IE gives alot more control to Vlad to control the Webinar.
3, News AT the webinar, note the time, its 4pm, no reason that he cannot announce sensitive news at 4:30 provided there is a supporting RNS before markets open the next day, or there could be an RNS at 4pm to coincide, especially considering its after the NASDAQ opens so Eli Lilly could release an RNS state side.
Bottom line is he wont release market sensitive information inside market hours inside the Webinar, but when you consider the timing it is very possible for news to be released just before or towards the end.

Also, dont be surprised to see more than Vlad in this one, Eli Lilly are public now, its not a pre-recorded session, dont be surprised if someone from Eli Lilly is on the call also!

Exactly, dont forget the BoD hold a massive chunk of that number, but yes your right there is not much of a free float so the mms have to really try and shake us loose, today they got some, well done them, but we'll done adding 500k!!

Was so obvious what was happening decided to just not get involved and if people decided to pick NOW to sell they clearly have not got a clue and frankly I'm glad they sold, hopefully the ill informed or day traders are out now and tomorrow the sp is left alone by MMs.

If you think, hey maybe I should sell this might go back to 3-4p....
Then you really should sell. Either you are sitting there panicking worrying not knowing whats going on, not understanding how MMs fill orders, or your not.
Funny how some of the bigger holders are not on here panicking, not ramping, not trying to persuade you to buy... strange hmm... I decided to drop in a single post now but this will be me for the day.
In the very near future an RNS will drop announcing a licencing agreement with Eli Lilly at which point the games are over. Until then traders and MMs will shake the SP around to try and make a few quid here and there. Either you want to get involved in the day to day trading or your holding for the big news, its up to you, have a good day, back to work for me :-)

Ontarget if you ask, i think its Pingu on here, he has been digging through the Eli site and looking at their r & D pages etc. When you realise its Eli and Hemogenyx and you start going over old RNS and know what Hemo is offering it is staring you in the face.
He has some screen shots of key bits of info, bottom line it looks like Hemo and Eli are much much closer and integrated than we thought, I cannot see how Eli would react if another Global Pharma moved to buy out Hemo, it would be a disaster for them.

StarKnight, expect Eli Lilly to keep Hemogenyx as quiet as possible for as long as possible.
If they are eyeing up a take over in the next few months or year why would they give US free advertising? It only makes the take over more expensive. Consider Hemo to be their secret weapon, why reveal us unless they REALLY have too....

davie pushing price up induces the fear of missing out effect and gets hemo noticed which means more buyers, holders also get sticky fingers as the price ticks up and they get more and more greedy for higher price so you have more demand and less supply which just makes the price higher.
What the MMs frequently will do is sell some shares as cheap as they can so that although they are a buy they look like sells. This starts a wall of red trades which seems to panic holders who start to think "Maybe i got greedy, I could have sold for 5% more! I better sell now before I lose all my profits"
Result is dropping the price induces a fear of losing profits so sellers sell, also buyers seeing the fall will wait and see, try and time the bottom before buying back in, so again supply is high, demand is low.

It looks completly counter productive until you watch it and it really does work for the MMs, which is why day in day out they rinse and repeat to fill orders.

The big question is WHY do people worry so much right now?
It was said before GlobalCo was named and I re-iterate now, the name is not important, the value of the licencing agreements IS important.
Naming GlobalCo was just a primer, until the deals get announced dont worry about small movements in the SP

Digittt yesterday was just the name, it was a small primer for probably today or tomorrow.
Let the traders take their 5-10% and leave.
IMO today after 2pm or tomorrow we will start to see details of the licencing agreement and then the price will move upwards rather rapidly. If the day traders want to leave now, let them!

Iceman, you buy them out you get alot more than Hemo, you get the chance to lock out the competition from buying Hemo lol.
Sometimes being a block to your competition is just as valuable ;-)

Eli Lilly came out at the start of the year saying they wanted to take over one small cap pharma per quarter this year.
We have existing close working relationship with Eli
Hemo MCap is WELL below the 1-5bn that Eli have set aside for acquisitions
Its still early in the year.
Will there be a take over? Yes
Will it be 2020 or 2021? either works for me.

@scart it's certainly possible ;-) the but very tight timescale don't rule anything out...
@digittt it's not about anything new in this rns what's so significant is that global co have officially attached their name to hemo, we all knew what hemo had but the market took it all with a pinch of salt. Until today it was here say or boasting but without validation.
Today Eli Lilly have said to hemogenyx we are happy for you to use our name.
Look over previous rns and you will see the sheer scale of achievements hemo has done, as of today we have Eli Lilly saying, yes hemo is legitimate, people will take notice.
Also significant is the fact that now the name is out the aml cdx agreement is probably ready to be signed. Probably in next day or two, then perhaps covid work or god knows. We are talking about SERIOUS TRANSFORMATION. forget your email 5-10% this is a once in a lifetime ground floor opportunity.
