There is zero incentive to exercise the warrants now if he plans to bring CAR-T through testing etc himself, he would just be out of pocket with lots of shares he has no intention to sell. Warrants are the same in terms of shares with the potential upside without any of the risk or downside. They are a fantastic thing to own.

Grant of options: Vlad can buy 5mil shares in Hemogenyx at 7p ea, today they are worth 9p, instant profit of 100k. If it goes to 20p a share if it hits 27p, its 1mil profit etc. But no cost to him until he decides to execute the warrant.

As for news, its Hemogenyx, news is always due but they like to keep us in the dark over here!
Most pending is the CDX extension with Eli Lilly, probably the biggest expected news and the extension runs out 1st September, you wont find that in the previous RNS though, Vlad announced that in the live Q&A webinair

Just a question, if this fella who used to own lots of shares places an irrovocable order to sell all his shares with a broker at 1% a day. Does he then get that 1% value in cash every day?
Knowing it will keep crashing the SP every day, whats to stop him at some point deciding to use that cash to buy the 1% back in a different account + free shares given the dip?
If the market expects him to keep selling it stops the SP from rocketing off but likewise gives him ample opportunity to maintain or improve his exact holding with very little risk as any damage he does to the SP by tanking the price he can capitalise on by buying back at the same or lower price?

Am I wrong? Can he do this? would explain lack of TR-1, would not breach the contract with broker as they have a finite pot of shares to sell.

In terms of CDX Update, just my opinion again -
Probably going to be a 3pm+ update some day (US time allowing time to sign in the early morning)
Probably the same day they sign the licencing agreement with Eli
Probably going to catch everyone, including Vlad by surprise, I am sure he is hounding them to just get it over with
Probably going to be much more substantial than any of us expect. If it was a small upfront cash payment to secure a licencing agreement with only small royalties to Hemogenyx they would have done it Much Much sooner. They have said they are happy, they have restarted many clinical trials, so the longer it goes to me indicates it has to go higher and higher up the chain for sign off which hopefully means there is a very sizeable financial benefit for Hemogenyx :-)
I cannot see it dragging on much longer, hope its NOT today though, Friday RNS's always fail to capitalise on potential, Monday or Tuesday would be fantastic.

Cash burn will be significantly less as Eli Lilly carrying the bucket for paying for the CDX development and testing and Vlad et others taking some of their pay in the form of shares rather than a salary so less expenditure there...

All that aside, this is an R&D company, do you believe it will sign a licencing agreement with Eli Lilly in the next few days/weeks/months? If the answer is yes then looking at previous cash burn is not really relevant, its somewhere between 1.5-2mil a year I believe, I expect then to receive 10 times that or more in an up front cash payment from Eli.

Literally the next few weeks and months will be transformational, I fully expect massive injection of money and along with that massive expenditure on clinical trials and associated development.

You ask a really reasonable and fair point for most companies that are trading, have a turn over, are established.

Hemogenyx is a very few small steps from being one of those companies, so whatever answer you get right now will be irrelevant in the very near future.

That was my view point some time ago when I thought the focus was to complete off as many of the pipelines as possible for a quick negotiated sale to a single buyer and I viewed £1.80 as a discounted but fair price for the pipeline then.
My view point has changed, the agreement with Penn to bring HEMO-CAR-T to clinical trials readiness and the wording of that RNS imply they fully intend to carry it thorough and do the clinical trials with CAR-T themselves with the assitance of Penn. That is MASSAVE and on success of Phase 1 or 2 trials...
Associated with that is the word "sponsored" Hemo do not have the money to sponsor Phase 1 or 2 trials, IND application yes but not the clinical trials, so that tells me that the "significant up front payment" as discussed in the brokers note will be more than enough to cover the trials. Also implies the CDX contract will be signed soon.
Then there is the confidence that is pouring out of Vlad in twitter and the live webinar they did RE Covid and being active in this space. By all accounts the scientific community seems to be talking more and more about the markers that Vlad was talking about back in April. Hemo have been quietly working away for months on something or somethings, I fully expect to be blown away by these developments too...
Then recent agreement to advance work on Lupus and other conditions:
"Under the Agreement, GlobalCo will supply the Company with certain biological materials and related confidential information in order for the Company to perform research and development activities aimed at the discovery and validation of novel materials (“Materials”) to be used for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (“Lupus”) and possibly other autoimmune diseases." Eli gave up on their own treatment plan prior to signing with Hemo, so shows where their confidence lies....
I am not going to give a figure but I will say that to date I have seen no reason whatsoever to doubt what Vlad said, Hemogenyx will be a billion dollar company WITHOUT being bought over. Add in a possible takeover bid next year... Honestly its best not to think about it... Keeps you up at night the excitement, trust me I know!

To answer your SECOND question first, VERY unlikely, there has been too many advances recently and new agreements, its already undervalued. As of yet no failures or negative news, the worst RNS to date has been a 3 month extension to licencing agreement with Eli Lilly which was because of Covid-19.

Imo the lack of clarity, the cloak and dagger approach, the failure to just give the date of the extension in the first rns when they announced the extension is the single biggest PR failure of Hemogenyx to date and has cause harm to the sp and lots and lots of arguing and negative posts because of it.
That said, it's done its over and the date is very close. I am confident it will be signed in the very near future and hope the company has learnt from it. Cant really complain about anything else apart from this one trivial issue that could have been put to bed months ago by just including an actual date lol!

Lots of confusion and miss communication on this extension. We were never actually told the end date of the agreement until very recently when in the live webinair Vlad confirmed the 3 month extension was until 1st September 2020.
Eli COULD sign the licence any time they want before that or they have up to 3 months after the agreement expires to sign a licencing agreement.

Pingu your wasting your time engaging with her, she has never contributed anything of value to any board. I suspect that the 3.5k has grown somewhat as you really would have to be totally incompetent having bought in that cheap with hemo to have lost money. However she probably is so passive aggressive and disruptive out of bitterness, I suspect she realises that had she just held that initial holding instead of trying to play trader or off chasing rainbows and losing money at the likes of reat she would be further up now without all the effort lol! Anyway if that's all she is playing with atleast one thing she said is true she will have damn all impact on the SP, for some reason I thought she had alot more invested, I will happily admit I was wrong and now knowing she can't influence the SP back on the filter she goes.

Considering its online and not in person, if they were to actually stick a poster on a board somewhere the number of people who would actually see that poster would be in single figures... Not sure they would RNS something like that :P

Context is also everything, last year they were not working with University of Penn towards moving to clinical trials with HEMO-CAR-T or about to sign with Eli Lilly.

Happy to wait and see what comes from Monday, hopefully some of it is free and public but its possible we wont be able to see anything without paying first.

I will care more about where the share price finishes Monday when you have Hemogenyx showing its wares to the world.
Right now SP is dictated by chart chasers, 5% traders and people who happened to stumble across Hemogenyx.
I would hope that once the Hemo name starts to get recognised investors and experts in this field will decide they want to invest in the long term prospects of Hemogenyx.
