MrIndia.... AS you said to me, nobody buys off anything I post on here so I wasted my time. How much time have you dedicated to thinking about/watching/posting about Hemogenyx today alone?
You are a smart guy with decent skills, each and every minute wasted on Hemo today is a minute wasted. I used to do the same, then decided I would rather use my time to make more money so I was less dependant on Hemogenyx delivering in MY timeline.
I am NOT saying you have to be happy about the SP, or your wrong to be frustrated about the wait, but to be clear you ARE wasting your time, annoying people with zero positive impact. 8am + 2p, have a check for RNS, rest of the day put your time to good use. It has worked for me, reduced stress and allowed me to buy more shares, I KNOW you are capable of doing the same.

No need to filter anyone, seen nothing of any value on here lately, most people, myself included, are NOT ringing anyone or chasing any updates. The IND process has been well laid out and we have a rough date which is less than 2 months away which for an investment is absolutely fine. FOMO will kick in well before that so its stupid to trade now and there is every chance of an update on something other than CAR-T. Its REALLY simple, ignore the BS on here, which has risen to exceptional levels of incoherence well done Tuan.... and either hold or sell. If you believe Hemogenyx, a listed and regulated company which has stated they are in the final stages of IND preparation and have provided audited accounts showing they are funded into those trials then CHILL the F out. If you think this regulated/audited company is lying then sell and go somewhere else.
I have lost all energy or interest in engaging with tuan and his many profiles, anyone stupid enough to listen to him and his pathetic attempt to revisit history from 3 years ago, more fool you. Its not about Hu-PHEC, its not about personalities, I said my piece about vlad, going on and on might make you feel better in the moment but is NOT going to help your portfolio.

Final point, NOBODY POSTS FOR FREE. EVERY single post on this forum is by someone motivated to do so. Anyone who believes Tuan has invested this much time and effort posting here for no financial gain is an idiot, be it being paid, shorting or just to buy cheap, who knows and who cares, but its not altruistic.

WR, his update, presentations, feedback, everything is positive. Next 3 months likely full of very positive news and after many false starts likely will be IND in Feb. Right now this is a stonking good investment opportunity. Whats coming makes this IMO a once in a lifetime chance to invest in a life changing company REALLY close to its inflection point. The contradiction is that so many blame Vlad for making it such a good investment opportunity. Nobody I speak to thinks its a bad investment today, everyone is just fed up with the fact that Vlad is responsible for the SP and instead of showing any sort of remorse or empathy is blindly unaware posting about how well things are going on twitter and it SOUNDS like he is talking about his other company he set up at the start of the year. Tuan, last time CBR = Disease X treatment. He refused to reveal the name because the name itself reveals too much and could have been seen as a hint to competitors before the patent was applied for.

HT, I have called out vlads mistakes many many times, in private when he had the oppertunity to make changes and avoid the s41t show he left us with. I have fought hard to keep that sort of debate off these forums as it was toxic, but at this point, who the hell cares, damage is done and its irrelevant. We are what? 8-9 weeks from IND? This share is going to rally because people know a clinical oncology pharma with CAR-T has a floor price way above 12mil so really nothing about vlad matters now. I too wish I had never heard of Hemogenyx, but it is what it is, in the near future we wont care.
Tuan, I am not sure what part your not understanding:
CBR IS disease X : DiseaseX IS CBR - The disease X happened to be Covid-19 but they were already testing on Measles.
They had started working on it BEFORE Covid-19 and it worked, but it was not ready so they did not rush to an already saturated market. They have proven it works and they are testing it in live virus trials now, or have already tested. The undisclosed partner? Good odds its the US government or Dept of Defence, in which case, no, they dont need money because like everything to date they have been frugal and avoided expense, EG the custom lab and partners they chose.
You have been predicting for years they will run out of money etc... No, NOTHING todate has implied that, they have a low cash burn, they have 5mil + in the bank and when they work with a partner its usually at minimal cost. Selenix dont charge big up front, they provide services for ~30k and only charge on milestones such as licencing deals or going commercial. WuXi the same, they probably charge nothing but will expect equity down the line. The US government... Well they are applying for a non dilutive grant. Their custom lab? Saves them millions, a set of tubing and consumables for a CAR-T run probably costs them 10k or so, but really their biggest overhead is payroll. Even the lab was payed for by Janus.

1, YES it started with CDX, yes it worked, Eli Lilly did not buy it but were interested enough to retain an percentage in future sales. Hemogenyx are currently in talks with pharmas to take it forward. It has been tested in vitro/in vivo and it works. It has not been binned.
2, EVERY SINGLE pharma had a go at Covid-19, Hemo were already working on CBR back then, tested on Covid and it looked promising but market was saturated so backed off, priority was CAR-T. Support the move and it got them 2mil cheap funds because of the spike, to be clear though EVERY pharma company did the same spike and raise.
3, CAR-T.... Seriously?? They are targeting IND start Feb, trials March, what part of that is not positive?
4, CBR - Started years ago, works in the lab and are working with the government and have applied for grants etc, the potential here is HUGE, absolutely ground breaking with potential to change medicine for emerging threats.

^ This, is why I am invested, because the potential is so huge, I realistically expect 1000% return from here in the coming months. But its not blind faith, I am sadly only too aware of the mistakes that have been made over the years. Others will sell this emotionally because they are fed up or lose faith, its not about faith, its about looking at the market, looking at the milestones they are about to achieve and looking at worst case scenarios at that point. But yes Tuan I am angry because as we all know this COULD have been so much better for all of us right now if Vlad had made different choices.

Looked on twitter, these tweets look unrelated to Hemo, if I was betting I would put money on that office he showed just over a week ago being for his new company and his smug tweets are also to do with Cell Cybernetics as he keeps tagging them. I have no problem with him starting a new company if it does not distract from his work at Hemo but I have to say it comes across as he is being intentionally vague and misleading in something of a middle finger to investors. His tweets are NOT appreciated, if he were open and said his new venture had a good start then congratulations to him I hope it goes well, but the vagueness is unbecoming.
What is most frustrating about them is the complete and utter lack of contrition that he displays, there is and has always been ZERO level of acceptance of fault. Despite the BS tuan keeps going on about nothing working or tested blah blah, there is plenty of science, it has been tested and it works. Its because of the science we are all still here. The problem with the SP falls squarely at Vlads feet for poor managerial decisions NOT the science:
Failure to promote the company or act in best interests of shareholders
Failure to safeguard and vet significant shareholders, he got into bed with Bauer and Augner right from the very start and they are now proven ringleaders for 100m+ Global share manipulation ring.
Failure to secure licencing deals
Failure to properly vet lenders (Mint very likely shell company linked to Bauer and I dont believe licenced)
Failure to act on warnings of Death Spiral Finance (warnings given before draw down and throughout)
Failure to act on behalf of shareholders getting rid of CLNs in a timely manner when it could have been done at much higher SP with much lower dilution
Failure to act on behalf of shareholders by excluding existing shareholders (Who expressed an interest) to fund the massive placing to replace the CLNs instead opting for individuals with no demonstratable intent to hold.
Failure to update website which still shows HuPHEC
Failure to update investors AS PROMISED on the progress of other products (NOT CAR-T which has been updated)

There is more I could say about how I feel this company has been run, which sickens me because IMO if Vlad had focused only on the science and hired someone else to run the business side we would be in a much better place today. Just reading his posts today and I have lost all respect for him.

Vlad once said he would be loved and appreciated when he saves lives, I question how many lives to date has he ruined with his decisions.

All that said, I continue to hold, the market and traders wont care that us LTH'ers have been shafted, they will see that at 12mil this is a bargain and as it goes clinical vlad is irrelevant. This will recover, the bounce will be big and it wont take long. But the recovery at this point will be inspite of Vlad not because of him. I Hold and I will buy because logically that IS the correct move, not tho

You ask why is nobody buying, the answer is you dont know that nobody is buying, its entirely possible that someone dumping 100m shares is more than enough to satisfy the demand and keep SP down. But what exactly is it you want to achieve. Would you rather people land here and see your negativity and decide to go elsewhere, or would you rather people land here, see people talking about the positives and the fact that yes we are cheap because we have had a seller but there is every chance they are done?
We have spoken many times and I know you like to clear your chest and get everything out in the open, but as I have said many many times, this is a board with many regulars and the occasional new visitor. You may not convince anyone to sell with your negativity but for damn sure your not going to encourage any new visitor to buy. Regards to your last question, I too would like to know how many people are still waiting to buy in, but there is a HUGE difference in how you can ask that vs the doom and gloom negativity.
It is entirely possible that many LTHers DO believe in the potential, do see the gift, but there has been such a huge sell off by a distressed seller that it has not moved the SP up. Yesterday there was a few mill bought, yes its only a handful but thats still alot of cash every day.
The bigger issue is that very few people know about hemogenyx, look at hemogenyx, invest in hemogenyx so potential to them is completely irrelevant, if you dont know about a restaurant how are you supposed to know how good it is to book a table?

And MrIndia, I am 99.9999% sure it will re-rate, I am not sure if I have mentioned before but this mCap is not sustainable. Either they explode or implode, they cannot just keep going on at this level and fund trials etc. Even at that, I cant see how they could re-rate down, IMO if they didnt re-rate up they would be forced to sell something at a huge discount which would STILL be multiples of current mcap. The risk would be if they were like DDDD or Eve or DMTR or one of those other companies that have huge liabilities that they cannot meet. Hemo has ZERO debt and low cash burn, sorry but I just cant picture them NOT re-rating up significantly, especially considering they are on a pathetic 12mil mcap... Total and utter joke!

MrIndia, what I said before was IF the seller was the person who HemoKnowledge pointed out then their TR1 is as worthless as used toilet paper and him and his croonies could easily have held 100, 200m+ Especially if they were involved via mint and the subsequent placing. But we dont know, any dealings were done though fronts and shells, maybe they did hold 50-100m but the court case was a long time ago now, one arrested in april the other last month. Speculating at what may be left now is really pointless as IF it was them they could easily have dumped all by now.

So DB3 MAYBE. We probably wont find out until the SP goes up again, either he has finished selling or waiting for SP to recover. But considering we were seeing non stop 500k - 2mil block sells for days and weeks on end and now its like 400k once a day.... Hardly the same pressure. IF it was him, IF it was because he was arrested then surely he would not be patiently waiting for the SP to recover to allow him to sell, they would be sold ASAP.....
If there is good enough news, or we see a surge of buying then any seller will be irrelevant anyway and the market will absorb any sells, either way there is no real selling at this level so what does it matter?

Its now more of a negative distraction to keep going on about a big seller who may or may not be finished, EVERYONE is a seller at the right price. Right now there is next to no selling so to keep going on about who may sell at some point in the future is a waste of time.

Its the end of November, Hemo are either on run 1 or 2 out of 3 of their final manufacturing runs pre-IND with a target date 2 months away. The link shared by chris showed Pre-FDA milestone buying traditionally starts 45-60 days before so we are there.

If this bargain SP is thanks to some distressed seller who has been forced to sell at a loss then you should take advantage of his misfortune.

MMs are there to make a market, I get that there is a big seller that pops up every now and then but this logically does not look like MMs trying to sell those shares to the general market. They keep it red consistently and discourage buying with NT..... The only logical conclusion that remotely makes sense is they are filling a big order but at the same time there is a big seller who just independently pops up to sell a block of shares every now and then. IF there was just a big seller, why put off buyers? The whole thing stinks to high heaven!

Agreed, even with an obvious distressed seller selling blocks below the spread (when he could easily split and get a better price) buys out weigh the sells. Its red again like it is MOST days by not even 1/2 a percent. The actual price for shares has not dropped and its yet again all phycological, day in and day out they mark it red without actually dropping the price. For the past few weeks also its been on and off NT daily, right now its NT 100-150k but most days its NT 1->150k and you have to buy more at a premium to get a quote. Yes I know thoughout the day you will get a quote for 150k, its not ALL day, but its been significant enough to notice, there are HOURS each day when its NT to buy, but I have yet to experience NT to sell.
Which REALLY freaking confuses me, why the heck if there is a distressed background seller are the MMs not marginally marking it blue to encourage people to buy these excess shares? Why are they making it difficult to buy with the NTs for hours at a time??

Yes he has but with Hemogenyx I have learned to take target dates and throw them out the window!
They have had many target dates over the past 2 years with CAR-T IND so I have absolutely ZERO faith in their ability to accurately predict anything, traditionally its always run late, but I dont trust them to even get that right so could just as easily be early!
All we know is that each run in the lab takes 10 days start to finish, then we know that testing of the product can take up to 2-3 weeks. Vlad said a full run takes one month including testing. He has proven that a run in THEIR lab takes 10 days.
He has said there is a MINIMUM 3 runs required.
They could have started Run 1 10 days ago. They COULD send the sample from run 1 for testing now and be ready for run 2 in a day or two. AFTER the third run its going to take 2-3 weeks for the final test results. So ABSOLUTE best case scenario if they do the 3 runs back to back and the lab gets results back early then TECHNICALLY they could be ready for IND mid to end January which would be well in advance of their target date.

IF you want to take the literal line of 3+ runs with 1 month per run then it falls apart as that makes the EARLIEST IND date somewhere around 18th February which is clearly not what they intended. The ONLY way the timeline fits is if the manufacturing runs are running back to back with the samples sent off for analysis as the next batch is brewing. Which means technically run 3 COULD finish in December with 2-3 weeks after that waiting for the report.

Maybe for once Vlad has built in a contingency incase they have to re-do a run so he fully plans to finish much sooner. Or maybe runs will fail and its much later and they miss their target? We dont know, which is why I am saying the actual window is much wider than you state, I am not saying earlier is likely, but its certainly possible, relying on the 1 month per run just does not work given their targets.

Either way, by the time it gets to January it will be that close everyone else will start getting excited anyway and it wont really matter. I do find it strange they have a target date in mind so far ahead, do you not find it odd? I would have thought they would have said like as soon as its ready/ early Q1 sort of thing. I wonder is it to tie into arrangements they have with Penn for running the actual trials? Anyway, who cares, we have been waiting for this IND for 2 years, a few weeks between friends is irrelevant, I opt to provide the optimistic possibility knowing that its more likely they will be late again! But by then it really should be so close and SP should be significantly higher that we will be much more forgiving and wont mind if they slip a few weeks :P

Well that depends how long it takes for the lab to return the test results and that all 3 are good, could be earlier, could be much later, I am sure Vlad could guess at a target date but I would doubt he could cast it in stone. I am sure if its ready earlier he will send it earlier, likewise no guarantee they wont need to do 4+ runs.
Just have to wait and see, but yes hopefully other news comes first anyway, surely in vivo is RNS worthy?

Will Vlad tweet when the first PQ Engineering Run is complete?
It takes 10-14 days so the first run could be complete or very near, sure the sample has to be tested as a report is needed for IND, but can still start run 2 out of 3.

Do people realise how fast time is moving on? The weeks are flying by, that 18% spike was because of a tweet about a PRE PQ engineering run, what happens if Vlad tweets run 1, 2 and then 3 of the final PQ Engineering Runs???

Will vlad want to clear up before the holidays? Will the undisclosed partner? Will they want to leave the CBR Covid-19 live virus testing hanging over xmas or will they want to finish off the work and wind down for the holidays?

Agreed dhub, looked like a sell, but MMs dropped it just before to mark it like a buy, they are clearing a big block of shares for someone for some reason and given the sheer number it very likely is one of those 2 unsavoury chaps. IMO there is a broker managing the selling which is why the sells are always matched to the buys to minimise the sellers losses. Right now you can get a live quote to buy 10mil shares for just under £150k, for as long as I have watched Hemo it has rarely gone above 5m on the offer and then usually with a significant premium.
This IS an unusually large sell, its incredibly unlikely that whoever it is has made a profit on these shares. The fact is though it has been going on for a very long time, its a controlled dump and as such the bottom support has held, they may be supressing the SP but they are not looking to crash the SP.
As MrIndia says we need to see the sells flushed out, god knows where we would be now if we had not had such a persistent seller!
I share the optimism about what will come, for sure CAR-T is well known and understood, in all likelihood IND will be submitted end Jan, start of Feb. Clinical trials March/April - This is NOT far away and its not too early to buy in if you want to avoid getting spiked closer to the dates.
CDX - Vlad has been crystal clear, there are multiple people talking to Hemo with regards to CDX, my understanding is that Hemo are focused in their labs on CAR-T and a lesser extent CBR. Taking forward CDX means licencing/partnering with someone with the capacity to progress CDX. Funds from that support CAR-T and CBR, an update on this is wayyyyyy over due, before or after christmas? Who knows.
CBR - Vlad getting alot of time with governmental officials, they are testing Covid-19 with an undisclosed partner, they are testing on niche non commercial diseases like Ebola... A 5 year old could join those dots....
New York grant - They have applied and the wording of the grant is almost custom written for Hemogenyx, I would say the odds of them getting that 3-4mil grant in march is very high. Wont need an RNS either, its public when its published. What does a 4mil equity free grant do to the SP for a company with mCap ~12mil already with 5m in the bank? (By that stage probably clinical)

I GET IT, I get people are frustrated by the SP, by this never ending, soul destroying, bamboo torture selling. IMO HemoKnowledge was probably right, it probably is Craig. HK has shown alot of accurate insightful knowledge in the past. If its Craig then his selling is NOTHING to do with the science and everything to do with the police going after his assets. His TR1 was BS, him and his crew probably held 100s of millions. They can only sell once, they probably started dumping months ago, it will end. We have all seen shares with distressed sellers, this is what happens, but it always ends, we know what happens when it does end.

Yes, thank you, and I agree, speculation on daily prices is for traders, I do watch though out the day on days when I am bored but there is never an urge to trade. The spreads are usually that wide I often wonder how people make enough profit to justify the effort. I am also a complete wuss when it comes to Hemo, I know the potential and I just dont have the balls to risk selling incase something drops out of the blue. It would be different if it was JUST CAR-T, then you could justify selling some to trade elsewhere and come back in a few weeks or a month, but its not.

With these american stocks its very hard to figure out what happened, UK stocks its very easy to match RNS / Forum activity to price history and see what happened. I didnt see what happened with them, just lots of moaning about bad management, we had something similar here with the CLNs so maybe bad finance deal or something. TBH they look undervalued so I dont blame you holding them, they look like they are looking at one other OTS candidate but its years off, given their size and the fact its one candidate you have to assume you will wake up one day to an update they are being bought over by a big pharma looking to flesh out their CAR-T library and it will all be worth it. But your right the over all tide has been out of small caps and out of small pharma in particular. I remain of the opinion though that Hemo has fallen so far below its peers that it has alot of catching up to do in terms of valuation that irrespective of the market we only need a spark to see some serious movement. The reason for our crash is nothing to do with the science and all on external events such as those CLNs, the augher/bauer saga, the no deal worst written RNS in history update etc.
Anyhow, I wish you luck, hopefully you can make back your Marker losses here in the near future and maybe add there. This bear market has to end, crypto sucked alot of life from these small caps thankfully its dying a slow painful death. Anyway, I am not blind to what has been happening here for the past few years, but I remain very optimistic its about to end.
