If you want to be realistic, how much do you think he could raise at this mCap? Because their very own brokers stated in the zooms this year that at this share price there is pretty much zero chance of raising the kind of figures that would be required to fund clinical trials. They have their £5mil ish which IS enough to run this first CAR-T phase 1/2a trial, is it enough for CDX and future trials? Absolutely not and none of us argue that it is.
The fear of dilution is something that you usually fear when your mCap is over inflated when the BoD may take advantage to raise, or if the company is running out of funds. Right now neither is true, they are funded and the mCap is certainly not inflated and even if they tried the amount they would raise would be a fraction of what they will need for the next few years. 30% max issue at what? 1p? Take away expenses and your looking at what? £2mil? Pointless. So yes, certainly Vlad MIGHT go back to the market at some point, but when the SP is considerably higher than now. He has also said that CDX may very well provide funds, they have applied for a grant which is 4mil I believe which is awarded in March AND if you listen to his interviews he has always stated he is happy to licence/sell CAR-T if the price is right which comes when he proves it works in humans. CAR-T is going direct to Phase 1/2a so it WILL be tested on patients with Cancer, it will be known if it works after the first patient is dosed.
Obviously its pharma, there is a risk that CAR-T fails and does not work and the CDX partners walk away and they dont get the grant. But odds are in our favour here, any of the above is a huge win for us all.

Its not rocket science, either you believe they are about to go clinical/wow us with CBR/sign some sort of contract with CDX in the very near future.... or you dont ¯\_(?)_/¯

There are 3 currently active pipelines:
CDX- Waiting for update re negotiations with partners
CBR- Was being tested with partners
CAR-T Waiting for Run 2 results
All are happening soon, some more transparent and easier to predict than the others, how many shares are available or have been sold is irrelevant. The testing company for CAR-T does not look at the stock price when deciding how long to spend testing a sample.
If you throw a ball up in the air and it takes 10 seconds to fall back to earth do you sit at 5 seconds and say "It has not happened yet its going to take AGESSSS", then at 6 seconds "Still no ball, this is going to take hours!", by 9 seconds : "Screw this I give up its never going to land, I am off!". If people dont trust Vlad and want to sell and realise a loss fill your boots. After a few horrible years my optimism and excitement about this share is higher than ever. 2022 has been absolutely brutal and the number of small caps that are suspended or gone is crazy but everything has cycles and the markets will recover.
Either the markets as a whole will bounce, or Hemo will bounce based on the charts which look primed, or news will land and attract buyers or traders will buy in anticipation of IND which is but weeks away. One way or another this SP is not sustainable and will not last.
I know why a few people have sold, none have sold because they think the SP will drop, all had no choice. If sellers have lots to sell and it keeps the SP depressed it just means more cheap shares for the rest of us. If investors(I use that term loosely) want to sit on the sidelines hoping to buy in cheaper...... how has that been working recently? ALOT of selling and yet SP has hardly moved, think its going to drop much further considering run 2 of 3 could be complete already?

And some of us never disappeared for a single day any time we were wrong and have held our hands up when we called it wrong and got our fingers burnt. (For what its worth Mint lied to everyone including Hemogenyx and they made ALOT more than 10%). But since then have I given you any abuse? Go back over a year and I was extremely harsh on others with opposing views, now, who is the one person who defends MrIndia? I have no time for tuan because he is fake and dedicates hours on hemo de-ramping despite not being a shareholder so I call it out. I am just waiting to see what happens, hopefully this time we are right, just every now and then I get frustrated that the volume of old digging for skeletons vastly outweighs the current progress and what should be optimism. But I really dont want to start fighting with you or anyone else. We have like less than 2 months until IND. lets try and chill and get on until then, if a big update on CBR or CDX comes before then to surprise us then fantastic. Just be nice to see this board be less antagonistic and friendly :-)
Assuming this all comes together within the next few months and does even a fraction of what I believe it will we will have to all meet up somewhere for a drink. God, I know some people (I say some, its quite a few) better than I know my own family! I seriously spend more time on the phone just chatting with 3 of you than my own mother!!!!

Yes we all agree he is a great scientist and I have been more than critical in recent times about other aspects of his role as CEO, on this part, gaining valuable access to 3rd parties who are huge in comparison to Hemo he has done very very well.
What I dont get is why so many feel the need to come here just to be negative. Its Christmas and this board is just a non stop trail of posters harping back to the past trying to pick any negative history to bring up time and again. Which I would be absolutely fine with every now and then, but its bloody constant these days. The ratio of negative BS to positive posts has to be around 5 : 1, granted alot may get removed but it just shows that the energy and motivation is with the trolls not the investors. Some obviously financially motivated to de-ramp but by and large this board just feels like it attracts historians rather than interested investors.
I am sick of being one of the really tiny minority of posters, I would love nothing more to be drowned out by people actually posting ANYTHING of quality here but its so rare. And it matters, because there is no other source of information, the company website is...... Twitter has gone to the dogs, Yahoo and the other forums point people here to LSE....

Vlad being arrogant a few years ago when the SP was 400% up (Which I am sure he regrets) OR the fact that Hemogenyx is currently £12mil valuation, less than 2 months from IND, potentially 3 months from clinical trials, sitting on a CAR-T treatment that is similar to others sold in Phase one for 100s of millions, are working with government etc testing CBR on Covid-19/ebola/Marburg, have a CDX candidate in talks with multiple pharma, have 5mil + in bank with a cash burn of less than half that, have ZERO debt.
But no, we will debate a tweet from 2 years ago or allow tuan to dominate with some BS about a placing 3 years ago.

Your choice of words was either very lucky or intentional, Hemo raised less than 20M for sure. HOWEVER that does not mean that HEMO-CAR-T cost a percentage of £20. How much of the research undertaken and done by the likes of Eli Lilly etc in the earlier days have paved the path to this IND?

Hemogenyx have used the facilities of some international billion dollar organisations over the years, they have an experienced team that bring knowledge and access. They worked out of a low cost lab for most of their existence and only now have a custom built lab........ Which Janus paid for! But yet still had access though partners to cutting edge equipment...
Vlad does deserve considerable credit in his role as CEO in this regard, he has managed to open ALOT of doors to get access to facilities and IP which would have cost 100s of millions to do themselves. When it gets to the clinic and saves lives the big pharma wont care what it cost to make, if they want it they will have to pay. (Yes, still trying to stay away, but its hard not to peek :P)

Its a fair question and there is no guarantee it will move, but you said the key phrase "market exposure". To date there has been almost none, Hemogenyx is like Cinderella kept locked up at home with no PR. You google Hemogenyx and you get LSE.... There is a TINY number of shareholders talk about Hemogenyx and we only ever talk within this minute forum of existing shareholders. Twitter followings not much bigger, the trolls probably have more followers than the vocal supporters of Hemogenx and even at that there is very little exposure to new investors (By this I mean, none of the hemogenyx supporters cross tag with other share hash tags or post about hemo on other threads as is common with other stocks)
The odd RNS gets shared by ShareTalk or someone, but the exposure to date has been non existent. We are not discussed in share groups and hardly ever discussed anywhere in any of the pharma publications, usually more as a background to a contributor.
You just cannot compare performance pre-clinical to clinical because we have not seen it. Going clinical brings with it appearance on clinical trial sites, peer reviews, coverage from local media where hospitals are running trials, press releases from the relevant oncology departments, FDA publications about approval for trials, news about grants. It is very easy to be depressed about Hemogenyx because of the performance to date, but there is nothing about performance to date that dictates future performance, sellers can sell only once and going clinical does attract a different audience of investors.

Believe or dont believe, I dont expect to change any minds and when the audience expands it wont matter, just remember this:

As for why so many people selling and more sells than buys etc.. Yesterday was 3m of almost all buys........ Stop looking at recent trades and believing RED - Sell, BLUE - Buy, its nothing more than a hint often wrong. We know only to well why there was PROBABLY a huge sell in the past month or so and it has nothing to do with Hemogenyx.

As you can tell I am getting pretty excited as we approach clinical status and I am extremely confident, but spent too much time on here, so time for a bit of a break, switching off for a few days to get some work done, I wish you all well, if I can manage to stay off that long, Merry Christmas :-D

I am certainly not saying its a positive thing, but it explains lack of "take-off" lately and the pretty much flatline SP, does mean SP will be held here as a base as they wont want to sell cheaper, but as we saw yesterday they are more than happy to gap the SP up if they believe they can sell for a bigger profit.
We dont know how many, could be 10m, could be 50m, maybe someone else has a way of knowing exactly what stock is available?
My take on IND is that we will move significantly before then, 10mil sounds alot but we saw 3m bought yesterday on only run 1. I cant deny that Hemo has fallen out of favour of the many larger trader names and groups, however many of them are soulless mercenaries who would sell their own grannies for a quid. 6 weeks for them is like an eternity in the 9 circles of hell, but its such a well known inflection point and a reasonably well known target date that IMO the traders will pile in and see this really take off atleast 1-2 weeks before. Its not just ANOTHER set of test results, or a patent application or presentation at a conference, EVERYTHING up to this point has been pre-clinical. IND = going clinical and the peers are valued often 10x+ Hemogenyx and I am convinced the wider market will start to appreciate this.
It is all about volume and right now volume here sucks, most LTH'ers I know are already fully loaded, but there is currently literally zero chat about Hemogenyx outside LSE and the small twitter circle. IND and starting clinical trials has the added benefit of opening up a huge target market to Hemogenyx, that girl who was cured of ALL by CAR-T, she was patient 1 of a clinical trial. The publicity around CAR-T is huge right now and we are perfectly positioned to take advantage of that wave, I note also an increase in grants and funding, that girls trial was funded by charity.

If the PR is right and we see a huge increase in volume and visibility then any overhang will disappear and the current SP will be irrelevant. If we hit 50mil mCap AND are clinical then suddenly multiple funds and advisors are also allowed to invest here.

Obviously this is all hinging on CAR-T.... Vlad has stated multiple times that talks are ongoing with multiple parties over CDX, we dont know exactly what talks but again at any time there could be a surprise update there that could bring cash which again would be transformational. Or as Vlad has made clear he has tested CBR against measles, Covid-19, ebola and Marburg, all whilst hanging around with government officials at invite only meeting.... At some point we will have to receive an update on what exactly is going on.

I am tired of waiting, I am tired of this SP languishing at these pitiful prices, but I have lost zero faith that in the very very near future this will all be but a distant memory.
This SP is NOT sustainable.

You can get a live quote to buy 10mil @ 1.48, it has been this way for around a month or so, in my years as investor here up until that point (except for short windows of maybe a day or two) the max live quote was always 5mil and always for a significant premium, never that close to the actual ask.
So yes the brokers have plenty to sell, but if it is all because certain toxic shareholders were forced to dump their load in a hurry and they are now gone then its a necessary evil. There is for sure a share overhang, but its the same scenario in many shares, when the overhang is cleared time and time again the SP moves and moves fast. If someone had to take a huge loss to exit their position it just means its a golden opportunity for everyone else until those shares are depleted.

Hey Darwen, complete agreement about being somewhat lacking as businessman and strategist and his unforced errors over the years. But......
You dont need blind trust, or "hope" that something will land out of the blue. Run 1 of 3 is complete and every indication is that Q1 2023 will be clinical.
The process is clearly laid out and Vlad has been using RNS at every stage to update us, because of the PIND we are extremely confident that IND is a formality. So far Vlad has done 4 manufacturing runs I think, todays the first of the first PQ run which was tested and passed, I would say its good odds that they will get 2 more good runs so IND is pretty much nailed on.
Hitting IND, and STARTING trials IMO is extremely low risk, thats a rerate to what many say is 100-200m+, assuming a VERY conservative 50m (An mCap Hemogenyx has seen before) that still almost 400% gain from today, to bring Hemogenyx back to where it was when it was PRE-Clinical and years from trials with the addition of CBR... If this was a bank account offering 400% for 3 month investment it would be on every news channel in the UK...

Is there risk? Of course! And I am more than happy to spell them out in black and white:
Run 2 or 3 of the PQ manufacturing runs fail - Delay to IND application, they need 3 good runs, so far they are 100% so for me not a huge concern.
Run out of money have to raise / Dilution - This would be a nightmare, more confetti adding to mCap but not SP, BUT brokers have made it clear they cannot raise anything even remotely useful at this SP and Vlad has stated they are funded into trials with recent accounts proving this. They are being frugal to ensure the money lasts into trials at least. In addition they have applied for a grant which is announced in a few months where the conditions look like they were written to match Hemogenyx to the letter.
Clinical trials fail - Its possible, latest reports from various CAR-T programs have been positive so I am optimistic but not blind to the risk. So as always I advise to de-risk before the results are out, but that comes AFTER trials start which means going clinical and re-rating as a clinical pharma.

Vlad lost alot of trust and good will over CDX and the CLN's and even his lack of transparency over CBR, but that does not detract from the progress made in CAR-T, it does not make IND in less than 2 months any less likely.

If people are stupid enough to short, what? 6-8 weeks potentially from IND? Then they have balls of steel, good luck to them!

Oh come on :-D at least be honest :P Historically the vast majority of your posts here are or have been links to other companies implying delays/competition moving ahead/negative. You have been extremely selective of your links that you post to say the least.
To be fair I would agree that sharing posts and info about CAR-T and new developments is great, but you cannot deny that your post is biased to the negative. I am just adding context that A, its a different target they are treating and B, its a manufacturing process so potentially something that Hemogenyx could use in future or could licence their IP.
Anyway, we are fast approaching the point where our posts here are irrelevant, the small impact our posting on here has certainly has effected the share price over the years but when this gets closer and closer to clinical and more external investors start to take a position all of us will be irrelevant and have zero impact, i welcome that day :-)

That said:

All of which is completely irrelevant because the important part is the IP, just because you can manufacture something faster does not mean you can go ahead and manufacture any CAR-T treatment you like, if HEMO-CAR-T works then Novartis could decide to licence it for production, but Hemogenyx OWN HEMO-CAR-T.

It is strange indeed dhub that there has not been alot more buying, honestly I am inclined to believe that most investors are already loaded up and there has been a constant and sustained level of buying in recent months, but there was just such intense selling pressure that it supressed the SP. If it was the unmentionables and they had ALOT to sell it would explain alot. There is also the simple fact that the audience today is tiny, how many people follow hemogenyx and will have payed any notice to the update?
We just have to have patience, look at the excitement that came from that one ALL Car-T treatment on the BBC and thats old news by now. When Hemogenyx goes clinical people will be talking about the company outside our tiny sheltered pool of investors.
As you say this is JUST CAR-T.... We know there is potentially news on CDX and CBR in the very near future also, I am hopeful to see a much improved SP even before EoY.

So yes, manufactured AND tested so run 2 could have started a while ago while waiting for test results, Vlad had estimated 1 month for manufacture and testing, this is significantly less than 1 month, very good news :-)

Excellent news, I presume since they say "completed successfully" that its already been tested and approved? Either way thats LESS than one month for run one which makes early feb very achievable for IND as indicated.
If Vlad keeps up this level of transparency it will be very difficult for the trolls to carry on winning here. Look at all that effort that Tuan and their many faces put in over the weekend, wasted/blown away by a transparent update that shows 1 of 3 runs before IND is complete.

Sure, its only 1, there are 2 more.... but how much opportunity is that to trade? On run 3 its going to be within touching distance of IND so people would naturally be expecting to chose then to buy back if they have been away for a long time.... But that buying will push the share price up.
Also worth noting that the MMs marked the SP up before even opening today, they are not idiots, they know this is significantly undervalued, they are not going to let go of lots of shares on the cheap. This share price is wrong, its not reflective of the value of the company, its unsustainable and its period of languishing down here is very quickly going to come to an end.

Believe in vlad or don't, either way this has reached a bottom, its trending up ever so slowly and only sizeable trade was a buy. Yes vlad is tweeting away about travel but also hinting at his work with CBR and PROBABLY the US government with his post about Ebola.
Believe, dont believe, it matters not, people dont buy the fear monger cr@p and are not selling, people are buying and bottom is in. Maybe it will take a few days, maybe a few weeks, maybe more than a month, but this is going one way.

You do get that there are ALOT of LTH'ers who do trust early Q1 for IND and are just quiet because they are fine waiting? Ok, just for you I will bite, but really you should go ask for a pay rise, you really do put the effort in :-)

To be clear Hemogenyx have had:
AHC, Hu-PHEC, CDX, HEMO-CAR-T and CBR
AHC/Mice - Never "stopped" they were production ready, proven and of immense benifit to develop the other platforms both internally and with other companies such as J&J. There was a small income but fundamentally a research tool not a treatment so potential limited.
Hu-PHEC - Developed to the point where huge capital was required, originally planned for a cell lab in Belgium with a government grant but cost and covid etc. Its not binned, they just cannot afford to progress yet. IP protection in place however so expect it to resume at some point.
CBR - Started pre-covid, in the dark but very active this past year testing covid, ebola etc, its not stopped its being tested with probably some government agency, its slow but that does not mean stopped.
CDX - Again never stopped, reached a natural conclusion where R&D pretty much finished and they are now in talks with pharma to take it forward, that may mean partnership to clinical trials or licencing. But again they proved it works in the lab and they are now ready to move it forward.
HEMO-CAR-T - You say everything else just "Stopped" As above, nothing just stopped, Hu-PHEC went on hold but at a fairly early stage. There is ZERO indication they are going to just "Shelf" CAR-T:

So setting aside the fact that YES Hemo have other things on the go and some are not moving right now, what we have is a TINY Pharma that has in under 2 years went from petri dish to final manufacturing runs in HEMO-CAR-T. If this was Hemogenyx's ONLY pipeline and nothing else was ever mentioned or known people would be impressed by the speed and cost effectiveness. However because they have so much it adds noise, but please stop trying to distract from CAR-T with smoke and mirrors. Agree that Vlad has made and missed MANY targets, he over estimates how quickly he can get things done, whoopy do.. Go look at my JIRA tickets... over run often 200-300% on initial estimates.

Hemogenyx ARE going forward at a rapid pace, time is running out to get in pre-clinical, this share price IS unsustainable. I have zero doubt that we will see a substantial re-rate in the very near future at which point I am sure you tuan will be boasting about how many shares you hold because nobody goes to your efforts unless your looking to buy in a significant quantity cheaply.
