Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Were treated with CARv3-TEAM-E T cells....
So no.
There is a world of difference between pre clinical and clinical, time will tell!
The share price being low will force his hand, can't raise via placing. It is what it is, he can license, jv or partner. He might want to hold on to 100% of everything that's not going to happen. Ironically the shorters may force vlad to do something that would blow the sp out of the water much sooner than he otherwise would have.
Lol, every company that I see that happening all I see is people on LSE posting they are trying to pump to get away a placing, you really cannot win. Also per comparison websites, Vlads renumeration is quite low for a CEO, his wife has a very nice salary so she could I guess, but again she is already the largest shareholder. Not saying that I am against them doing this, I just dont think it would have much impact.
FWIW I am certain PRE-FDA approval Vlad and the team had their sights on raising a significant amount at a premium, 6p+, this is made clear in the recent interview. They would have raised 10m+ instead of 3m and that would have not only been enough to get CAR-T under way but also ramp up CBR and progress CDX when time is ready. I have no doubt that Vlad like many of us was confident the market would re-rate and make that possible. He like myself and others completely underestimated the firepower brought to bear by the shorters and traders who managed to force a placing at 2p.
Having used up most of the available head room he simply CANNOT raise any significant sums via a placing now.
Even if he did a prospectus he knows the market would not give him what he needs and wants in a placing, it is not available without basically giving the company away. Placing to fund CBR is off the table at this price, maybe with a significant bounce? But PHARMA IS EXPENSIVE, Vlad cannot go on raising 2-3m every 6-12 months. HE NEEDS 10m+ so worrying about the next raise 2 weeks after a large raise is pointless, that is not an option, he might aswell have a fire sale for CBR if he goes down that route.
The alternative? Its right there in the recent interview where he addresses it, once your CLINICAL its much easier to attract money, not a Peterhouse special but grants, government funding, direct investment into subsidiaries, partnerships, JV etc.
Vlad knows he needs ALOT of money, he is not desperate now and can just mothball any expensive plans he had for CBR and focus on CAR-T and non cash intensive projects. Its in the interview, he IS seeking alternative funding arrangements, Vlad is not stupid, he knows the market is dead for Hemo now and if he wants to accelerate CBR he needs to look elsewhere, perhaps he got complacent and was confident he could keep going with a premium placing after CH was lifted? That delusion is gone, he has to bite the bullet and accept less than top dollar and licence something or actually ask for grants or BARDA money.
congrats? there are plenty of json p****rs out there for free even on an ipad.. or the website lets you filter fields returned if you prefer, or just use the website and dont bother to download you can literally fiter by industry and click the wee highlighted headers...... but hey, what do i know, its all a pure guess anyway :p
Err.... https://clinicaltrials.gov/search?locStr=USA&country=United%20States&start=2015-01-01_2016-01-01&cond=cancer
Download the dataset in JSON and you can do your own filtering and sorting by Phase etc, look for the field "organization" if you want to know if its a "big pharma" or not, I guess what constitutes "big pharma" is down to interpretation, to be fair if I recognised the name I consider them big... But then compared to Hemogenyx everything is big :P
Think we all know that most of these studies were run by big pharma, the same big pharma which would have spent 100s of millions getting HEMO-CAR-T to IND approval which hemo have achieved on less than 10 million.
There is a world of difference between costs associated with big pharma doing a trial and the army of internal staffing costs vs Hemogenyx with its one man band. On top of this the CRO https://prevailinfoworks.com/services/project-management specialise in optimisation, using AI and online portals to reduce costs further. Finally costs associated with drugs and treatments are all but mitigated, instead of paying a few 100 thousand for an outside lab to produce the CAR-T, they have 2 clean rooms and a stockpile of lentivirus.
All of this is irrelevant as the CEO has already stated they have raised enough to START clinical trials and I personally expect him to start soliciting calls to licence on like patient 2 or 3 provided it works.
Really wish people who are shareholders but think they can do better elsewhere and just spend their time moaning would sell and leave. If your a shareholder and you think the SP will be stagnant for months and you just stay here then your either just trying to manipulate or are so insecure you cannot back yourself enough to move your money elsewhere.
I am here because Hemogenyx are clinical, and whilst the share price is VERY annoying, like stab yourself in the eye annoying what has p1$$3d me off more than anything this past week is the r37@ard3d shareholders who have plagued this forum telling us doom and gloom, how bad things are, how long things will take in their "expert" opinion. Opinions which are based almost solely on the share price!
Good god, shut up! This is a pharma company about to start clinical trials with HEMO-CAR-T, they do not need to go back to the market for more money before trials start and yes if it works they can licence it for 100s of millions. They have CBR which is running in parallel with potential for government grants against the likes of ebola and they are working with other companies too testing the likes of Covid19. Along side all that there is CDX which is already in licencing talks and probably waiting for early clinical proof of CAR-T as validation of the common bi-specific antibody target.
Of course its being manipulated and sold down and treated like garbage, but guess what? What goes down almost always goes back up. At this mCap it does not take much to manipulate it going down BUT LIKEWISE WHEN ENOUGH DECIDE TO BUY it does not take much to push it back up.
NORMALLY I would be attacking Vlad or giving him abuse because of his decisions etc, but the level of utter S417e on this board has earned all my negativity. So please if your a shareholder and all your doing is posting negative doom and gloom?? Grow some balls and dont be a coward, sell up, go invest elsewhere and feel free to come back and gloat if it pays off, I will be firmly here waiting.
Have a GREAT day :-)
You start posting some useful posts relating to Hemogenyx, trials, CBR etc and it would be my pleasure 👍
Totally agree he is a godsend to this board, he and a few other older LTHers come back and start posting again and I'll be more than happy to not post 🥰
Normally I don't, I counter by posting some sort of summary of the current state of play for any new visitors so they have SOME idea what's going on here, but the last few days this site has gone completely off the rails, the posts and posters are going bonkers with the level of s417 and trolling and utter b0110ck$ reaching levels not seen in years.
Jxf, your last sentence? 1000000000%
As for not replying? God id love to never see this trash hole again, but I won't leave it to the trolls, shorters and traders who will 100% fill it with nothing but negativity if nobody counters it.
The egg
Lol, no, they won't change the law any time soon, doesn't make it right!
ROLF! MrJinx says sp sinking like a stone nothing to do with shorting and in the same sentence blames the forward selling of 160m shares......
Yea....
You do get that we are talking about the same thing right? Selling shares you don't own(yet).
There is a world of difference between shorting a company because the valuation is wrong and negative news has exposed that the company SHOULD be sold down, or short selling by an MM to make a market until they can backfill an order. VS SHORTING itself being the negative news and the short selling being the only issue and cause for the drop in SP with intent of damaging the overall company.
I honestly cannot believe or understand how every single time you jump to the defence of those who short and cannot ever see that shorting is a self fulfilling prophecy and the cause of most of the problems. Hemo would not have had to raise at 2p were shorting banned, they would have raised much more money at much higher prices with much less dilution. The company would be in a position to move forward with CBR and CDX much faster and they would ultimately be able to save more lives sooner. Share holders would be happy and shorters would not troll LSE. Are you really that incapable of recognising that short selling here is the main reason for this SP right now and that is why so many are so peeved off, at the SP NOT the science? Is it really that difficult to understand??
Done, 100% behind it.
If you know a company NEEDS to do a placing, and you have infinite cash and access to borrow enough shares/take out enough short positions you can force any share down to be almost worthless making it extremely hard to raise any funds and make it extremely expensive to do so. Fundamentals, potential are irrelevant. Enough cash and determination trumps all. Despite Pumpkin being an actual shareholder here she wants to assign all blame on Vlad and whitewash the damage done by shorting.
Its immoral, its wrong and yes it should be banned.

You do understand that other companies do soundings and placings? You are not getting that this is the same thing.... Its the fact that off the basis of that traders SHORTED that the SP fell to 2p right? You do grasp that is illegal? You really dont get it do you.. I give up you are beyond hope :P
Technicals are irrelevant, there was a 166m placing, whilst most were forward sold its impossible to know how many remain/how many LTHers got fed up and dumped. Hemo are R&D so profit/loss, RoI, Charts etc are all pointless, same goes for historical performance. They were pre-clinical they are now clinical, they are about to start trials before it was purely R&D in the build up to IND. They wont sell CAR-T for a fraction of their mCap if/when it happens it will be for multiples, so we can all agree technicals here are irrelevant, its news driven but primarily sentiment as you have pointed out.
I wholly agree that sentiment is poor, people ARE fed up with the placings, not so much because he raised 3m but because it was at a discount FOLLOWING a significant sustained attack on the SP. Had it been at 6p, a premium to PRE-IND the placing would have been welcomed, in fact it was predicted before the CH was lifted and endorsed by many myself included. The discount and final price is the issue here.
The point is Sentiment right now feels like its being kept almost artificially negative, to be fair most of the people I speak to , the LTHers are very positive, they just CBA and see no reason to engage here which I understand. Cash in the bank, bit of a shafting, no lube as pointed out and trolls/shorters won, but the upside is pretty huge.
We all know, yourself included, that shares do not move in one direction. This is day 10 of drifting down/flat. It just does not go on forever, 10 days is actually a very long time and of course it will bounce. Company does a placing, SP falls, drifts down until its churned then recovers. This has nothing to do with Hemogenyx its just the markets. Sentiment ANNOYINGLY is almost entirely driven by SP here, people focus ONLY on SP and if its red they are miserable and down and not buying. When buying picks up and we get a blue day? Suddenly everyone is bullish, buying and rampy. So honestly, not an attack, but yes I believe your here for a trade, I believe your post and thread was to try and turn the knife for a few extra percent before buying in for the bounce.
To be fair to you its clear you know what your doing and you are here to make money and your NOT trading on your emotions. If more people did the same and used their head not heart Hemo would do a hell of a lot better!
