Mike I felt that by the time it hit the mega los it was about to expire and I had lost 50k so I didn’t average down at the time as all funds were gone - however in more recent times I decided this is a goer and did indeed make funds available now my average is 46pence .. not great but im hopeful of at leat tripping this in near future …

Hoping for more is one thing if the valuation is realistic.. is it realistic.. I must admit I personally find it difficult to value this company as it has many moving parts and percentages of other Buisness’s and not full percentages of the entire Buisness’s but percentages of parts of other businesses so it’s no easy task - I’m sure some more boffiny types here are able to try and work this out but surely value is created by investors understanding a company’s value so if ”average Joe” ie - me … can’t work it out then how will they ever see the value and feel the urge to invest if they can’t work out the value of the entire asset BANK THAT has been accumulated… if yall get me ??? Or am I being even thicker than I think you think I am lol

SP has been down almost 4% all day
Buys v sells Virtually equal at end of day and now we are just 1/4 of 1 percent down that’s ridiculous and obviously has no bearing on the real supply and demand as the 4% down was there to scare away naive investors, criminal really !!

Obs - I know .. I’m just getting a bit frustrated now by such a long wait for a big move although I do honestly believe it’s going to happen - I trust the board but I’m just getting a bit bored myself lol - moan over .. sitting tight - again

Why is it all so confusing- we have gone from blow your lights out lithium plant for Tesla to iron ore for the Chinese and still it’s a guessing game at every turn - why can’t we just be told In simple terms what the business we are investing in is up to - all this guessing about ownership of ore and ships in the night is ridiculous- I’m beginning to feel like I’m being blagged - we must sound like a bunch of excited school kids trying to work out a murder mystery quiz in the classroom- we just need to know some clear facts or I’m going to sell up and take my money elsewhere after 9 years of being very patient- peeved is an understatement

Bannor - if it turns out to be successful why would they want to offer it to us and not just keep not for themselves?

The Agreement with Indo Sino is to invest in and acquire up to a 27% of a joint venture company Pedra Branca Alliance Pte. Ltd. (“JV Co”). On approval of the Judicial Review Process (“JRP”) and the transfer of equity of Amapá to the JV Co the JV Co will own 99.9% of the Amapá Project. Should Indo Sino seek further investors or an investment in the JV Co the agreement also provides Cadence with a first right of refusal to increase its stake to 49% in the JV Co.

do you think we will see the 49% - not sure how this would work - do we know when this may happen ???

and obviously this doesn't take into account our interest in the rest of the portfolio I presume - does anyone have any idea what this equates to??
or am I just getting way too far ahead of myself.
