According to IP Group annual report and accounts, up until 31 December 2019, in addition to IP Group's direct shareholding in ITX, the directors Alan Aubrey, Mike Townend and Greg Smith personally held ITX shares i.e. 88,890 shares, 64,490 shares and 4,500 shares respectively.
The 2020 Annual Accounts show that during the calendar year 2020, Mark Reilly (Managing Partner of technology @ IPG) purchased 377,358 shares.

IP acquired Parkwalk on 19 December 2016, so presumably it now a subsidiary - that close..
It could also be the company actually holding IP's investment in ITX.

As an FD (now retired) of a public-listed UK company, shareholders anticipate routine and expect certainty. Announcement delays in order to release news (good, or bad) is never a sound policy, as next time a delay could be bad news.....

I wonder why??

This obscure and ill-timed announcement appears to relate to a class of shares, which (under US regulations) could not previously be sold, or transferred for a specific period of time (the' vesting' period). Now that this restriction has been lifted, the Board (IMHO) has missed a great opportunity to reveal the actual number of restrictive shares in issue and which presumably could potentially 'flood' the market in the immediate future.
Let's hope that this is counterbalanced by a positive trading update...

Oh, Oh, Onassis. This is someone who reckons EUA (SP @ 27p) a 'Strong Buy', when its market cap is £780m on a 2019 trading loss of £880k and an NAV of 0.17p per share Binned mine too!
