therapeutic drugs here to stay....
One small extract from today's DT article:
"...The way (we) see the future, in 20 to 40 years from now, all the energy that mankind uses will come from wind, solar and hydro. 40 per cent of this will be used directly to power electric vehicles, heating, light, air conditioning and cooking. The rest will be used to break down water and produce hydrogen. That will be the source of energy to drive trucks, ships, trains and industries like steel..."
Brilliant full-page article in today's DT headed: "Hydrogen is in the driving seat as markets make switch to carbon-free".
Unfortunately can't provide a link here - it's by subscription only. But worth reading, if you get the chance. GLA
sa1986 - CWR 970p (40 per cent off high 1626p). ITM 417p (40 per cent off high 714p). Don't reckon either are 'holding strong'...
Can't help thinking there's a bit of fiscal housekeeping here.
With a 12-month low of 231p, some will find it tempting to cash in now and take some profit and the MMs know it.
When negative radium1 disappears, up comes negative Tricky_Dicky.
If you check 'em out, they seem to be one and the same.....
Good luck to all LTHs
Yes, radium1, I've noticed the recent significant decline in interest on this BB. I wonder who could be responsible for such an off-putting turn of events? Perhaps if you look in the mirror occasionally, it may help you arrive at a Eureka moment! Just saying.....
The MMs make up prices as they go along. Number of 'Buys' virtually match number of 'Sells' today. So no share dumping here. IMHO
No panic stations......yet!

Just posted on BBC website on 'asthma sufferers not getting priority vaccination':
"
Some help for asthma sufferers on the way, maybe. Currently there is a phase 3 trial being conducted in the US by a UK company, Synairgen plc. It involves a nebuliser (for use at home) introducing interferon-beta directly into the lungs at an early stage of Covid symptoms being diagnosed. Nebulised interferon-beta has already been proven to assist COPD sufferers. So another UK success story??
"
Frankly, this morning's news was a typical UK Government response.
I reckon it has taken the view that as SNG001 is part of ACTIV-2 trials in the US, why use further UK public money in repeating the work already being carried out in the US?
Short-sighted, I accept, but par for the course with this lot....
GLA and remain patient.
I have no idea why 'soothsayer' Radium is even bothering to come onto this BB. It is as if he wishes to 'save the souls' of us poor TLY investors, for we have sinned by becoming TLY shareholders!
Why does he care whether we invest here, or not?
Sounds to me like he invested here previously and lost money by selling out too soon.
Sour grapes, me thinks! Or perhaps he'd really like to invest here but hasn't got the funds to do so.
So Radium, we've read all your comments and if we are convinced about any of them, we'll sell up. Otherwise, we'll hang in here for the ride, but thank you for caring.

Radium1 - before you start pontificating on the White Paper, why don't you simply read it first?
http://www.healthpolicyinsight.com/?q=node%2F1699
Once you have done so, you will see that the reforms have taken on a broad brush approach, so to think that this multi-billion pound market is going to send TLY's share price 'South" is plain daft!
If you are going to knock a share, do it with some knowledge of what you are talking about.
When you have read the White Paper (from the the above link) and fully understood its contents, come back with some real points to debate, as to why TLY is 'finished' (your words, not mine).

Prosecco - "....different FROM".... tut, tut.
Scinv. Don't knock Dr Fauci just because he took a particular view on Remdesivir. Fauci will be influential in the decision on SNG001. So I'd rather have him with his background knowledge on interferon alpha, when reviewing SNG Phase III trials, than someone who hasn't.
And what's your knowledge on the manufacture of nebulisers to scale, to conclude 'it's a pain'?
Please don't knock Dr Fauci!
He knows all about interferon (albeit with interferon alpha and AIDS) - his expertise goes back to 1989. So if the beta Phase III trial is successful, he's the top man to approve SNG001.

wpa5 - hadn't seen that article before, so thank you... very informative.
Garethin - like it!
I'll bear it in mind for when I'm successful...
As Warren Buffet has said on many an occasion:
"Successful investing takes time, discipline and patience. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time: You can't produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant"

I'm a LTH here. Comparing the interim results (Sept 20) with Sept 19. I note that the increase in cash c. £3m is basically due to better collection of Trade Debtors (£500k) and extending Trade Creditors (£2.5m). ....just saying...
Looking forward to year end results (Mar 21)and seeing further increases to cash pile through extra retained profits.

I'm a new investor @5.5p - thanks here is due to following 'Thordon' on TLY BB.
Had no idea the true extent of this material, but read this extensive article going back to 2016

Exciting times ahead, regardless of short term SP volatility.
