As Itumbula is pure helium , the cost of the production plant is a lot cheaper compared to others who mainly produce natural gas.

The Company is already in talks with vendors and interested parties.

As is pure helium with no associated dirty gases, should be a far cheaper simple plant for production.

The current decline was triggered by the rns of 7th March as traders sell hoping to get in cheaper as Q3 approaches ( the full flow test schedule). Then a few tax year sellers too came in over last week or so .

2.30p down to 1.15p in 3 weeks.

Too oversold imo and will soon be in my chart target zone.

We need a share consolidation here and I think Butler will carry out one in Q2.

A 100 to 1 is my guess.

The NPV value of Itumbula could run into billions of $ as is pure helium at high concentration of 4.7%.

Most other producers especially in US are about 1 % to 1.5% helium content.

This is clearly in oversold territory having dropped from 2.20p to 1.20p within 3 days of trading. Bargain hunters cane in today and once the book flipped in the morning I got in too buying at 1.30p.

Imo should rise back further to possibly test 2p

Will be interesting here next week. Imo a quick rise to 0.08p - 0.10p.
