Why a presentation? Is primarily to sell ( ie information) the company to investors and update on key developments.

Matd now has over $11 million of cash and about to kickoff an exciting development phase ;

The placing churn will end soon ( imo by late next week as over 650 million already traded ) and the share price will start to rise back quickly.

Some investors as I said earlier never learn and keep chasing the risers. See he1 was trading between 0.6p to 0.8p for 2 weeks after their placing, some traders use the opportunity to load up after the placing and today are sitting on good profits. I sold most of mine on Friday and added 400k shares here and also bought lots of msmn.

Imo by late July this will be a lot higher than the 2.60p close on Friday.

Stop chasing risers , learn to make most of sales .

Matd is a solid company with huge project that can deliver you excellent returns on your investment whether you looking short term or long-term.

The market cap today is a tenth of he1 . I bought a decent position in he1 after the recent placing but yesterday sold down to just 500k shares left as my target was to sell most about 1p. Bought more here and in matd.

Been building a position over last 3 weeks here and now hold over 50 million shares .

Looking at msmn Oz projects EP145 and EP155 each has a similar if not better prospect with over $10 billion in situ resource value.

Then add the Vecta helium project in Colorado and the oil and gas projects and production.

Andy Carroll is proving to be a good ceo too.

This should be a lot higher than the current £6 million market cap imo.

Compared to peers this is lagging well behind with such huge natural gas, helium and hydrogen projects in Oz. Not to mention the US petroleum farm in and the new helium jv in Colorado.

With Georgina rto imminent and the 0.025p warrants exhausted soon imo this can easily do 2 to 3 times todays closing price before end of July.

Today I moved some profits from he1 into msmn to add to my position .

I bought more matd this afternoon with proceeds from he1. Sold most of mine there over 1p having bought about 0.55p.

Some traders never learn, see he1 today, they were sitting on the sidelines when it was about 0.7p for 2 weeks today they are chasing it at 0.90p+.

Total placing shares was about 400 million and half is with large and long term investors ( petrovis, bod, long term. pi's) We have traded over 600 million volume since the placing .

Imo 3p+ next week.

Volume is good and should push on higher once morning 20% placing sellers are cleared.

3p today? Total cash in hand is over $11 million ( raised $9 million this placing and must have at least $2 million before thst)

Once churn is done with news this should see 5p in the near term.
